Food is great as always. Food was cooked fresh, so everything was nice and hot when we got it, none of those soggy fries that have sit in the warmer for a bit too long. The drive-in was voiced and operated by an AI that took my order with surprising detail and got everything right on the first try. I highly recommend the chicken bites box they have. It comes with popcorn chicken and their awesome fries, also comes with a drink and your choice of dipping sauce.
I have been to Checkers & Rally’s many times and enjoyed their food. I just purchased the crispy fish sandwich. It was so disgusting. It had a very bitter taste to it. It was a very unpleasant experience.
I love Rally’s. Not sure what’s going on but things there have been going downhill. The sandwiches I’ve got there never looked this bad before (Supposed to be a Big Buford.) To top things off, they never gave me a receipt so customer service was no help. I’d like to go back but not if I get the wrong food and can’t have my order fixed.
Rally is always good, whichever one I go to. Fries are better some days than others . Not a big fan of the computer order taker but she is amusing

There was only 2 vehicles in front of me and I waited for 15-20 to get to the window. Then I had to repeat my order that I had given to an automated person. The young person that on me wasn't rude but they acted like they really didn't care if I got my order or even if it was correct. The price of food there has really went up too. It has everywhere I know but I used to think of Rally's as a great buy.
We were absolutely blown away by the Amazing late night experience we had here just a couple nights ago. We were coming off the river super late and as usual we were starving. It was 2:45 a.m so we really had no expectations other then just getting food. Man were we in for a treat. From start to finish we received Top Notch service. The 2 younger guys working were very upbeat, fun and yet very professional. They almost seemed to actually enjoy their job. They had to of made all our food fresh because when they brought our food out to the truck it was all warm and the fries tasted like they had just came out the fryer! I mean even the Fountain drinks were on point. I know this is a lengthy review but it's very rare these day's to go anywhere and get the all around customer experience we all only wish for during normal hours lil alone late-night hours. I don't know if this was just a fluke experience or if it's a normal one at this location I just wanted to commend those young men and let our appreciation be know.
Order and pay than get told to pull over to the parking lot where it was all ready full of car where people were waiting on they food and this was at 6:23pm on November 24 2023 the fast food is not fast
