Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Fast food restaurant in Norman - 1130 E Alameda St, USA

This is a 3 piece nugget meal, not a 3 chicken finger meal, and for $9.78. I realize they aren't all the same size coming off the chicken, but why are all 3 in my box bite size? Either everyone is getting ripped off, or I am just unlucky, either way I'm not happy about it. Since I can't reply to the reply, I'll update my review. It would have been better to handle it in the store when I asked why I had 3 chicken nuggets, instead of chicken strips. I was told that's just the size of them. I asked if I get more to offset how small they are, and was told again that's just the size, there are 3.

Bravo, This location sets the standard for how all canes should be. Drive through is fast and if you go inside it’s even quicker. Took about 3 minutes to get my caniac combo. The food is good, you go go make sure to get extra canes sauce. That stuffs 🔥

The menu says "Chicken Fingers" but they're more like chicken nuggets at best. $8 for a 3 finger combo feels like a rip off. The first time we went to this location a few months ago, I felt like I got a good value for my dollar. Every visit since then, the chicken has gotten smaller and smaller and smaller, and most recently the fry portions have shrunk too. I didn't get a picture but my meal came with maybe 1 potatoes' worth of fries, and that's being generous. The chicken fingers look like something you'd see on a kids menu. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The food was fresh, except the toast could have been warmer. The reason for my one star review is because when you dine in, they serve your food in Togo containers. These containers hold less fries than the baskets they used to have when you dined in. Plus prices have increased again. It’s ridiculous.

Piss poor customer service. As a former canes employee this was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a box combo and wasn’t even able to adjust my order in any way. The lady at the register didn’t even give me a chance to complete my order and told me “too bad it’s too late”. The food wasn’t even in my hands nor did she even tell me that my order was put in. There is absolutely NO REASON why i should be paying for something that i do not want.

1st shift cooks food good and give great customer service, the closing crew sucks. Requested my chicken be well done, received soggy food. Asked for a refund and was told by a manger they couldn’t because the worker with no brain didn’t give me a receipt. Only recommend eating around opening-3…night crew lacks hospitality and hard work..,

Went through the drive through to pick up dinner. Service was fast and friendly. Their prices have gone up a bit, but hasn't everything?
