The room was great, it was spacious and beds were great. The downside was there where people smoking all day and night in front of kids, my car was parked and kids decided to jump on the hood, make dents and the parents did nothing to stop them, my fiance reported it to the office and they did nothing, next day this little kid is giving him the finger, the day we where leaving those same kids where playing with a little kid barely a year old, he fell and the older kids where kicking him and the adults did nothing. The pool was really unavailable for the guests because all the people below us took over it ALL day and night, leaving a mess of clothes, cans, trash, parking was limited due to ladies sitting there white chairs and smoking.
Only got 2 towels. No wash clothes no hand towels. Room was great, even though it wasn't that clean. I don't think they have good cleaners at all. They don't tell you, you need to pay 40 deposit to check out by 11. Makes no sense. The front desk lady was quite rude when I checked in. Treated like I was a criminal or something. I should've asked for a refund due to the cleanliness of the room.
This is a family owned hotel so that it can be family occupied. Don't stay here even as a last resort. It is filthy, and the fact that they rent out MAYBE 6 rooms and the rest live there is scary. They gathered while their kids dominated the tiny pool and ran the stairwell and second floor balcony late into the night. I watched the few other guests squeeze out of the lot early in the morning because they double and triple park up the lot with so many cars. I don't know how what they do is legal, like I said not just unsafe but scary.
The room had duct tape everywhere even on the wall sheets were dirty. Little kids were playing on my car and the parents got mad when I put the alarm on to get them off my car. Couldn’t use the pool because it was taken by downstairs all day and night by the same kids.

Positive: Nothing at all Negative: The room was dirty, paint coming off the walls. The blankets were dirty and stained and also had cigarette burns. Just disgusting. When I went to the front complaint, the front desk lady just offered a blanket to put on top of the bed to lay on
Poor customer service, poor housekeeping, too many roaches, rude guest next door, plumbing issues, there's a least several city, and health code violations. They should be shut down, but I guest they must have connections in town because why house is a family allowed to live in the same motel/inn that they book rooms out of, and use their daughter as a receptionist, keeping the lobby locked, while the parents are away. There's just too many side eyeing issues to be concerned about to ever consider booking here again.
Room smelled like cigarettes right when you walk in and there were cigarette burns on the sheets. There was a decent hole near our bathroom which worried me and the bed was not comfortable.
My husband and I stayed at this resort for our 15th anniversary this past weekend for the very first time. We booked a regular room over looking downtown Disney. The room was nice and very clean! On our first night we were startled awake around 2:30a
Coach Ken and coach Alison are amazing. They make it feel like your second home. It is so welcoming and the vibes there are great. All the students there are like family. The coaches there are extremely patient and willing to teach without hesitation
I was in town for a conference and did a drop in. The instructor (Josh) did a great job of educating and walking us through the movements. We did a dedicated strength day and worked on our deadlift form which was much needed. I really appreciated the
