We had an excellent experience working with Rain Tech. Rain Tech installed three irrigation lines ending in lawn hydrants from our well to our gardens. Jamie was so helpful scheduling and organizing everything. Mitch provided a reasonable, thorough and accurate estimate. The installation team did a professional job completing the project - in one day! We were especially impressed with the care the team showed around our existing landscaping. In those areas they dug by hand and carefully restored everything back to the way we had it. Great job, Rain Tech!
Steve's crew did an amazing job with our new sprinkler system. The digging scars to the existing grass were very minimal and you couldn't tell where they dug a week after installation. I've seen other companies' work in my neighborhood and it's like they used a huge tractor and messed up their lawn. Since he's has a small crew, it took a month out to get it completed but it was well worth the wait and price. Thanks again!!
The work was fine, but there was a no show and took a few days for me to get a call back with an apology and to reschedule. I took time off work twice to accommodate the no show and the follow up. Was not offered a discount for the time and trouble of the no show. They of course do not work Saturdays.
Placed a phone call and web based form for a service request...I did not receive a call back for over two weeks. When I did receive a call I was shocked since it took so long. I shared with the lady that I had gone with another company since I had not heard back. I shared that in the future they may want to stay on top of their calls/inquires, the lady responded, “ well it is the busy season”.
As a business you should always tend to your calls and inquiries or else you will stop the money flow...definitely an area needing attention.
Doug, from Rain Tech did and outstanding job in locating a leak in our HOA sprinkler system. He had to dig a series of holes to locate the pipe Leak which was about 6-7 feet away from where the water surfaced. He was tenacious! Great repair job. Would recommend the company and Doug.
The technician from Rain Tech was knowledgeable and worked very efficiently with our system. He dug down to several different problem sprinklers and discovered the problem (s). I'm very grateful for their service in town. Fair and reasonable!
