Railhead BBQ - Barbecue restaurant in Guthrie - 13978 S Douglas Blvd, USA

We were looking for a good BBQ spot and trip from OKC and this little treasure was great! Be sure not to judge a book by the cover because it might not look like much on the outside but the inside is clean and the food is great! Fun decor and the friendliest staff! Very happy we stopped.

Been here a few times as i live down the street. This place is so dirty my family will probably will never come back. The food is microwaved but still cold. Pulled pork sandwich was so greasy i couldnt eat the whole thing. Here are some pictures that dont even do justice on how dirty it really is. Makes me sick to think what the fridge, ice machine, and the back kitchen really looks like. Im sure its worse!

Based solely on the pulled pork sandwich. It's hard to find decent BBQ around the OKC/Edmond area, so I rate this as about average, but it's better than many places I've had here. The meat was actually smokey, so that's a big plus. Nothing to rant get excited about as far as this meal, but the staff was really friendly and took good care of us.

Delicious fried chicken. Atmosphere is great. Feels like a country place. A friend had the German coleslaw. She liked it. This is the 2nd time I have had the fried chicken. It will not be the last

BBQ is pretty good!! But I can’t believe how disgusting the guy in the kitchen is. He decided to burp really loud while I was paying. NEVER going back !! Also using his phone while touching food without gloves. No respect what so ever!!

Before I start let me say, the food is great! It's delicious, and I'm grateful to have such good BBQ close to home. That being said, if you order takeout make sure they ACTUALLY gave you your food. This isn't the first time this has happened. I order my food, pick it up, get home and guess what??? No meat at all. And unfortunately this isn't this first time this has happened. Good food but.... They don't pay attention.

Oh my, my experience with take out was well, BAD. i phoned a takeout order @ 8:30pm i asked if this was too late young lady stated, "no". $40.00 for 2 dinners and 2 sides. Ribs are greasy & burnt. Pulled pork, we collected 1/4 cup of water and grease from handful of meat. Sliced brisket, cold and congealed grease right out of the fridge. Fried mushrooms, obviously cooked in old not hot enough oil "unedible". It was just disgraceful and infuriating. Never again Railhead 😒

Food was delicious! Pulled pork especially. Service was good. It is pretty dim in the building and very sticky floors. But I haven’t had pulled pork that good in Oklahoma. Will be back!
