Better than expected. Yes, they're renovating there. I booked this hotel on a whim- an express travel deal. Looking at recent reviews, I was expecting the worst. You have to drive behind the hotel to the back parking lot. Then, at the back of the facility, there are arrow signs routing you to the entrance / front desk. Yes, there was some navigation through hallways to the desk. There were a couple of people in line in front of me. The woman at check-in was pleasant, and I got room selection sorted out. She asked if I preferred the first or second floor. The room was pleasant, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy. I must have gotten a recently renovated room. It was quiet. The shower worked fine. Plenty of hot water in the morning . The only thing I would suggest is having a "do not disturb" sign, so that I wouldn't have a maid service wake-up call.

Yes it is under renovation. So you will see some construction blocked off with tarps which happens when you are renovating. Gym was open and well-appointed, the entrance is moved to the back so follow signs. If staying on 2nd floor it is a bit of a trip to the elevator but at least you don’t have to climb the stairs. Shuttle service on demand to the airport. Front desk was fine. I encountered only courtesy. No pools no hot tubs. No restaurant in the hotel but there is one nearby. I suggest you eat first as there is no breakfast available except a glass case at front desk where you can buy what y might need. We had a suite and had a fridge and microwave. Ice and vending were working. Inside our room was great. Nice shower. Comfortable bed. No view but who cares we just spent the night bc we had an early flight. Parking was free and had plenty of spaces on a sat afternoon. We found it quiet but then we had the window air unit on all night bc it was quite a hot time of year.

My advice is to never stay at this hotel. There were bugs all over the room, in the beds. When I asked the front desk for housekeeping service, he acted annoyed and said they already had their assignments. Very noisy, non-professional staff, but the worst was the bugs. When they finally cleaned it, the bugs were still there. Manager has not phoned me back.

We stayed for a wedding at the Radisson. Besides the fact that the place is torn apart under construction, the front desk couldn’t have been more rude if they tried. We were locked out of our room and it took them well over an hour to get us back in, to where my dress and husbands tux for the wedding was in. I’m disgusted with how the front desk handled this situation, especially for the amount of money spent to stay. I would 100% never recommend this hotel unless you want to be helped by the most rude and passive aggressive people.

Room was OK, bed was comfortable. Not satisfied with no free breakfast and the rates were high, even with my AAA discount. I also did not like that they had to offer with cereal selection and the fact that you had to pay for even cereal!!!! Plus there were renovations which is always a inconvenience. But location was right by the airport so I could very easily hop onto highway to go to work!!!

First and foremost, the person at the front desk upon check in was extremely rude and could not have cared less that we were shocked and mortified at the state of the hotel. No front door or landing area, black trash bags hung up all around like a scene from Dexter, and the courtyard which had about ten chairs and two tables- over LDW, where it's safe to assume people want to gather outside. The room was a story on its own. It smelled like cigarettes. Gross. there was hair in the sink, in the tub, on the faucet. The safe fell right out of the wall, I could have carried it out of there with anyone's belongings in it. Also, our key cards were constantly resetting, but like, how inconvenient? Especially when you have to keep going back to the front desk crew, who seem underwhelmed, at best, that we might need help. The room phones were gross and had bad connection, so it was necessary to head to reception; if you can even call it that. I think I forgot to mention the holes in the ceilings, missing tiles with exposed wiring and an overall bad aesthetic. The smoke detectors in the common areas were also completely covered in plastic and when I expressed my concern for the guests safety, the woman who checked us in was again, super rude. YIKES is an understatement. Also, when I inquired about the price point given the heinous state of the hotel, I was met with hostility and told multiple times that we were welcome to check out. Not an I'm sorry, I understand this isn't what you expected. Like, this woman said "THEN LEAVE" which I thought was an odd business model. When I asked why I wasn't informed of the construction (truly, hard hats should have been provided), the woman said that the bride and groom were informed and still chose to book. But like, wouldn't you inform the people who have made a reservation and who are actually staying in the rooms and the ones who you are actually taking money from? She then said that when I booked I spoke to someone not at the hotel. So the person doing the bookings here doesn't even know the happenings of the property they are booking for. Odd. I am a wedding planner and often refer my couples to hotels for room blocks and I can say FOR SURE I would never recommend this hotel, or any in the Radisson family. It was shocking to see the lack of customer service or awareness from the staff, it was upsetting to be spoken to in that way, and it was unfortunate that our room, and the rooms of others weren't up to the standard of cleanliness and safety I would expect for that amount of money per night.

Terrible place. Good thing it's been bought out. Freezer was a solid block of ice with 2 energy drinks frozen I to it. When I asked for another room, the girl in reception was unwilling to help and did not care. Luckily the young man there in the morning was understanding and gave me a refund. The hallway rug smelled like vomit. This whole place needs a total renovation. Worst experience I've ever had with any hotel or motel.

Avoid this hotel!! Under renovation--it should be closed! Floor to ceiling black tarps in some areas. No restaurant or bar and they charge for a small box of cereal!! Unbelievable. Room was ok, but it looked like they forgot to furnish it completely.

Hotel is pretty good, but the restaurant continues to be a train wreck. You simply can't run a buffet like a restaurant. 1 server for 15 tables, of which 10 tables had dirty dishes on them. Took 20 min. Place the order for food off the buffet, beca
