Tried to get a drink, they were out of most whiskies, including Pendleton! Tried to get dinner. They were out of ravioli, but the fish was good. I ordered a beet & goat cheese salad with balsamic dressing, and got a regular house salad with Caesar dressing. When I pointed out this was not what I ordered, staff shrugged & said "we are out of everything." But reduced the bill. Staff person was nice but helpless.
This morning at 8:30, no one is answering the phone at the desk, the coffee dispensers are both empty, and the cafe is closed.
Good place to stay, very comfortable, but go into town to eat.
Great service. Clean room. If you bring a dog (which we were able to do. YAY!) There is a small lawn to 'go' on behind the hotel but not at the hotel. I thought there was a continental breakfast. There is not. But! The restaurant here at the hotel was fantastic. Did not disappoint.

Arrived late to check into my hotel that I already reserved to find out system was down. They told me it’s going to be a while because manager had to come with master keys. I waited and checked in to find out no power or running water. I asked if there was gonna be credit or compensation and they told me no so I called Priceline who intern called them and received the same answer. Priceline also wouldn’t refund me despite this so I’m no longer using them either. I didn’t leave because I drove over eight hours that day and I did not have the energy to drive back into town to find another hotel. I really wish I could’ve taken a shower before I went to sleep, but the front desk doesn’t understand and they told me it was only out for three hours yet was I supposed to stay up for three hours to take a shower or brush my teeth before bed? Absolutely no customer service these days. Just told to deal with it. Not to mention they were writing my credit card number down on PAPER with all the info! Ridiculous.
Positive: Very nice location overlooking g the city, clean room, and amazingly comfortable bed! Negative: Do not go to the restaurant - it took one hour to be served our very simple meal. We decided to get dinner - The staff did not know what they were doing and the food was not great. Cooks were laughing in kitchen.It was a complete waste of money and time.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice quality toiletries. The coffee is quite good for in room hotel coffee. The front desk charged our wrong card and did not know how to fix it, went back next morning they said they are not able to redo the charge and have to wait for the manager at 9, come 9am and the manager was not there. Hoping they can take care of it because we are on a road trip and have a scheduled tour and have to leave.The restaurant is very slow sites an hour for one omelette, during that time they never checked on us or let us know there would be a delay. This place has good potential but the staff needs more training.
When we arrived the night staff were really the "b" team. The next morning the people were extremely good. The place was clean and comfortable. We pass that way now then and we'll be back.
Relatively new hotel. Nice rooms, clean, spacious all around, nice spacious shower, etc. The kitchen/hotel had shut down breakfast options during our visit. Overall we were quite happy to be up out of the core of town, away from other complications related to those areas.
The View restaurant always has great food. The chefs and waitresses are very flexible. Food is made on site. Fresh. Friendly staff remembers us when we return and offers some unique dishes for the Pendleton area; such as quiche and mushroom ravioli. The dining area itself is always very clean but lacks the character we expected with Radisson dining. The view from the airport area is of the valley and mountains. Unfortunately the dining area is on the first floor and mostly we see the parking lot from there.
Front desk very welcoming and efficient. Room was small, very clean. Bathroom had very special shampoo,conditioner, body lotion. Nice thick towells. Bed comfortable.
Owners take very good care of this place.

My best friend and I showed up after having detoured 4 hours to avoid the I84 closure and were exhausted. We needed separate rooms because I had to work early in the morning. The front desk person was amazing and then the 2nd person at the desk later
An incredibly eye opening experience! We left with a completely different view of the history we've been taught compared to reality, so sad, and wished we could apologize to everyone on behalf of all the awful things we did to all the native tribes.
