This hotel is great . You can enjoy family fun at the pool and enjoy the bar/lounge for a nice date night . Chris was exceptional at customer service. He multitask and was able to not only cater to everyone at the bar, but also cater to guest at guest services at the front desk. You never know what people are going through and I just want to say that no matter how the weekend went Chris always had a smile on his face and I hope he knows how much that smile meant to me and my family because we really were having a hard time in life and Chris just made the trip that much better so I thank you so much for continuing to do your job and be the good person that you are .
I’ve never had a more horrible experience at a hotel. We booked a few rooms about a month ahead of time to celebrate my daughter’s 10th birthday with a pool party. I communicated with the hotel several times regarding our pool party, the plans, etc… during the month leading up to the party. I even spoke with them the day before we were due to stay and the morning of. When we arrive to set up for the party with lots of children and parents on the way, we were informed the pool was “closed”. Never once was this communicated to us the month before… week before… day before… or day of. We had to make the best of it unfortunately. The rooms were filthy. Sketchy characters everywhere. 0/10 recommend.
There was a long check In mine when we arrived however, staff from the restaurant part stepped in to help. This alleviated our wait and I thought this was representative of personnel work here. Nice! The place is massive and could use a few more direction signs. Our room was clean and comfortable. There's a restaurant on site but we didn't have an opportunity to try it. Nice pool area. The hallways and common areas are very warm and humid. The room air conditioning seemed to have trouble keeping up. Overall, I'd stay again if going through the area.
Not going to talk down on our experience. The building is a bit older but has been kept up. I have read other reviews on this hotel and think that there were other circumstances at play. We had a very clean room. The AC was cold. Decent view as well. The location is weird but Google got us there with no problems. We stayed 2 nights and the second night was definitely busier due to a concert nearby. Good price for a last minute trip.
I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Louisville North and had an overall positive experience. The hotel's bar was a pleasant surprise, offering a nice spot to unwind with a quick drink after a long day. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room itself was comfortable and provided all the basics needed for a night's stay. However, there were a couple of issues that marred the experience. My room did not have any shampoo or soap, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, I noticed some black gunk in the shower, which was off-putting. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel was a decent place to crash for the night while passing through. With a bit more attention to detail in housekeeping, this could easily become a top choice for travelers in the area.
I stayed in this Radisson Property for a few days while in the Louisville area for business. This hotel is located across the bridge from Louisville in Clarksville Indiana. This hotel has a main part and 'wings' as my room was in the I wing. My room was very dated with old, dented and scratched furniture. The carpet was old and stained and there was food and debris left over from previous guests. The bed was big and comfortable and the wifi was okay for the bulk of my stay although I had some issues connecting the first night. The bathroom was an 'accessible' bathroom made for someone with a walker or wheelchair. The bathrooms are clean but there is no fan in the bathroom just a vent hole in the ceiling. There is a useless heat lamp on the bathroom ceiling with a timer but it doesn't help with clearing out steam after a shower. One more item to be aware of for the accessible bathroom. If you take a shower the whole bathroom floor will get soaked no matter how you aim the the shower head. ||The rest of the hotel has some great amenities. The hotel has a restaurant and bar with live entertainment. Breakfast is not included so you will have to pay for it. The hotel has an outdoor and an indoor pool and walking areas that take you around the hotel. The property has a man-made pond in the back with benches that you can sit on. The fitness room is large and has modern cardio equipment, a mat, and a free-weight rack with a significant amount of dumbells missing. The missing dumbells mean that security is lax so be warned. There are no water coolers or disinfectant wipes in the fitness room so bring your own to wipe down the equipment before you use it. ||The hotel is okay for a one or two-night stay but the room I stayed in needs a good cleaning and a renovation to modernize the room. The ground room I stayed in had a sliding, screened door so you could sit outside on the concrete step just outside of the room. Overall this a budget-friendly option for the Louisville area but be warned the rooms in my wing were very outdated.
Positive: The pool was nice and I liked the rustic feel. Negative: It is a big hotel took me 7 minutes to find the pool and had to go thru another entrance to find my room. There needs to be more signs in this hotel it's easy to get lost.
Lots of sketchy transient people lurking around the exterior of the hotel. I had to walk up 3 flights of an exterior stairway in order to access the hallway for the 3rd floor rooms. The stairway is literally crumbling away. I saw 14 people exit one room on the third floor. Local people probably book rooms on the weekend when the connecting night club is operating. The room was fairly clean except for the counter surface in the bathroom. Years of neglected maintenance have taken it's toll on this once magnificent hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel. Mainly due to safety issues.

We had our company Christmas party at the Clarksville location, and it was fantastic. Employees, spouses, and children. We had a catered dinner set up in a private room. Rick was the host and chef, and he made sure we had everything we needed or want
