I recently had the pleasure of staying at Radisson and I cannot say enough about how fantastic my experience was, particularly due to the outstanding front desk staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made me feel instantly at ease. The front desk team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, providing excellent recommendations for dining and attractions. Any questions or requests I had were handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. One of the standout moments was when I needed assistance with a last-minute booking change. The staff handled it seamlessly, alleviating all my worries and ensuring everything was taken care of promptly. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my stay memorable. I recently stayed at Radisson unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the moment I arrived, the issues started. The check-in process was incredibly slow, lady at front desk was extremely unhelpful and she seemed uninterested. After finally getting to my room, I was disappointed to find it was not what I had booked. The cleanliness left much to be desired—dusty surfaces, stained linens and towel, and a bathroom that seemed like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The amenities were another letdown. The Wi-Fi, which was advertised as free and fast, barely worked, making it impossible to get anything done. The air conditioning in the room was either malfunctioning or insufficient, as the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. Additionally, the noise levels were unbearable. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway, which made it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. They did not even care to provide housekeeping services or replace towels. Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this Radisson to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable hotel experience. I expected much better for the price I paid.

If I could give this hotel a 0 star i would. If you're looking for a place to take your children this is NOT it. I went because of the pricing online was $60 a night. I was trying to take my 2 year old out of a domestic situation when the old man at the desk told me i couldn't get that pricing even if i booked it online. I paid $140 total. I figured they had redone the hotel by the looks of the lobby and what choice did i have standing there with my son at 4am? I just needed to put my baby to bed. I wish i had left then. Black mold in the ceiling key pads broken out going to the parking lot. I tried to speak to the front desk the next day they said that's online pricing you should've done it online. I asked the man he said it didn't make a difference when i called again to speak to someone about the black mold i was asked "what are you wanting me to do about it" of course the manager is not returning my calls. In a time where my son and i needed compassion and somewhere safe to lay our heads we received nothing but hostility.

Beware of Bed Bugs I stayed at this hotel on Thursday, August 1st, 2024, and I regret to say that I cannot recommend it to anyone. My stay was marred by several issues that made it an unpleasant experience. The lack of amenities, disheveled rooms, and high noise levels were just the beginning of my concerns. The slamming doors kept my daughter and myself up at all hours of the night, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. However, the most alarming issue we encountered was the presence of bed bugs. Despite not seeing any recent reviews mentioning this problem, I woke up the next morning with around 20 bed bug bites. This was extremely distressing and unacceptable. I urge anyone considering staying at this hotel to be cautious and aware of these issues. The presence of bed bugs is a serious problem that should not be overlooked. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. You can’t just paint over everything and expect it to look decent. When you walk in the smell is horrible. I showed up around 430 on a Thursday afternoon last week and the two ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and were being rude to another customer trying to pay. They constantly talked their native language after every remark that woman said so we know they were probably talking crap. They also charged my card, the wrong card and could not reverse it, they charged it before I even stayed, which is very suspect to me, but we were there for a tournament and had to find a place to stay so we did not leave. walked was dirty. The walls are dirty. The stairs are dirty so along with the dirtiness and the smell it was horrible. I’ve never seen a room without any rug or carpet working elevator that constantly smelled even for the price I would never go back to this place and I would definitely not eat their breakfast or the bar area.

The room and beds were comfortable. No non since room. Only one problem was someone opened our room door at 7:30 am. I had the slide lock in place. So they couldn't come in. It was very odd for housekeeping to be there, so early. Called the front desk and was told the manager would be told. The only thing is there were shady people walking around outside, which made us a little nervous.

I really like this hotel. My son and I have stayed there for the last two weekends, and we enjoyed our stay each time. The standard double queen bed room has plenty of space, and the beds are super comfy, and the lady who worked the front desk was very helpful and friendly to us. I’ll definitely stay again.

Classic bait and switch. Purchased a king suite room online. At check-in, I was given a standard room. I told the front desk clerk I wanted a refund because I paid for a king suite and she was only giving me a standard room. She told me she was not authorized to do a refund and I would have to wait till the next day. Did not bother with getting a refund next next day. Ended up just chalking it up two lesson learned I never stay at this or any Radisson ever again If you stay here, be prepared for the bait and switch. Also be prepared for the terrible smell when you walk in the front door. I quickly apply the hold your breath technique each time I went in and out of the facility. Shouldn't have to do that at a three-star hotel but is this really a three-star hotel? I've seen Super 8 in better condition than this place. Lots of choices out there to spend your harder money. Don't choose this place
