We stayed here for the weekend, and have no complaints. We were on the 6th floor, and the AC worked perfectly. The room was comfortable, and spacious. Check in was easy, and the staff friendly. Although the property is obviously older, I do see that management tries to keep it up. I did not see any pests inside at all. My only thing would be a softer bed, but just my personal preference.

I travel a lot and I don’t often stay at Radisson hotels but this one will have my business from now on. Excellent WiFi tiny touches in the bathroom from complimentary razors and tooth brushes they checked all the boxes including fluffy bathrobes. The bed was excellent and the staff fantastic. A little modern decors and this place would be perfect.

My first impression of the Radisson hotel was great. Jaden was a huge help checking me in and giving me directions on how to get to my room. He is super friendly and knowledgeable. The entire staff is. I was actually pleased to find out the he would also be the person checking me out. The rooms are comfortable and the AC is amazing and combats the Texas heat very well. I give the staff and hotel an A+. I can't wait to bring my wife to this place.

I’ll start by saying there were many things that we enjoyed about this hotel. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and informative. Although there was a long line when we arrived, they made our check in quick and pleasant. The location of the hotel was within 10 minutes of Billy Bobs TX, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by their shuttle/party bus to and from Billy Bob’s. The hotel has a restaurant, bar, and night club. We tried to get a drink at the bar while we waited on the shuttle to come back, but after sitting for a while and being ignored, we left. There was a woman with her back to us, cutting up a pineapple. There was a second person behind the counter, but he did not acknowledge us either. He just walked in and out of the back room without a simple greeting. I have no comments on quality or price of drinks since we did not get service. We did not visit the restaurant, night club, breakfast, or pool so no comment. The halls are long and confusing on the way to and from the elevators. We were placed on the 6th floor, which was not a problem except immediately after we exited the elevator, we noticed there was no air conditioning in the halls and dust from renovations being made in rooms down the hall from ours. The age of the hotel is evident and it’s good to see they are busy with up keep, however there is lots to be done. The locking mechanism on our room door would get stuck and our door wouldn’t fully lock when door closed. We had to press the latch in a few times before it would work properly. The deadbolt didn’t line up, so we had to push the door in before it would lock. The room smelled clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom towels were clean, great water pressure in shower. The toilet flushed SLOW. So slow, we thought it was going to overflow. Coffee maker and other amenities similar to other hotels. Overall, it was okay. Although we will explore other options next time we are in the area.

A fairly rundown version of what at one time was probably a very nice place. When we checked in we were told the breakfast was 12$ a room , no big deal but when we went to breakfast we were told it was per person. The front desk fixed it but the lady at food court was very rude. The food was typical hotel garbage nuked bacon and what not. The topper was I had company during my morning movement I named him Carl. Carl the cockroach stayed to greet my wife then said his goodbyes. Hopefully I didn't pick up any hitchhikers.

Positive: The price was good and it was a very quiet hotel. Negative: The hotel was ok, nothing to really brag about. The towels had stains on them and had holes in them. The mattress; it was like sleeping on a box spring. The ice machine didn't work on the floor I was staying on so I had to go to another floor to get ice.

The hotel was great overall. Good location, good price. The staff were friendly, the food there was great! I sent compliments to the chef, thank you Alma! I loved the brisket, green beans and corn, my favorite! My husband liked it a lot too. Thanks!

I had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Hotel. Anna, the front desk clerk, was exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate me and my wife. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made our visit truly memorable. The entire staff was professional and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. From the comfortable rooms to the excellent service, our experience was nothing short of perfect. We highly recommend the Radisson Hotel and look forward to our next visit.
