1 star taken off for the front desk and their attitude (more than 1 person, different times. Other guests at the pool were also complaining). Slight odor that went away after a few minutes when we first got there. Maybe a cleaning product? It was pretty bad. They are currently doing maintenance but that didn't bother us. The pool was pretty cloudy. The buffet was crazy busy. Overall though it was a good stay. Would give them another try.

If you're looking for a great hotel in Colorado Springs, you MUST stay here. The the rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. There's an awesome restaurant that serves a full breakfast every morning and is open until 10pm. The staff is absolutely amazing and very personable. There's a beautiful indoor pool on site. Your family will enjoy staying at this hotel. Oh, it's not far from the airport.

Great property with plenty of parking. Property is clean. Large indoor pool and outside covered hot tub are well maintained. Lots of fitness equipment, and guest washers and dryers available. On site restaurant/bar and conference rooms are super convenient. Rooms are larger than your standard hotel room. Included breakfast is one of the best, with a variety of tasty breakfast foods. Very friendly staff. Property was quiet during my week-long stay and afford a good night's rest. Location is not far from many of the area's attractions. Second time staying at this location, and will stay here again.

Good size rooms nice breakfast spread nice pool. They do have a gym but a lot of machines were out of service. However not a biggie. The staff is wonderful

Positive: It?s a very nice hotel to relax at. The customer service is excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Negative: The breakfast was disappointing on this stay. Usually it?s great, however this time the kitchen wasn?t keeping up with the guests so I ended up not getting to have what I wanted. There was none.

After receiving a less than warm welcome and given some trouble upon check in, I had left a review about my negative experience. While I was still staying there the manager Melinda, found me and sincerely apologized for my experience. She gave me some free drink coupons and expressed gratitude for my business. It showed me that this hotel truly does care about what they do and take pride in their work. I do think they need to ensure the people you first greet are more warm and welcoming, but their desire to improve and rectify any problems you may experience is a valuable trait, and would encourage me to come back and stay again. Rooms were very clean and other than the encounter with the first individual, everything else here has been wonderful. Thank you Melinda for doing what you do, it makes the world of a difference.

I was hesitant to stay near the airport, but we never heard a plane interrupting our sleep. The hotel was excellent from the front desk to the restaurant. So very pleased with the room, breakfast and happy hour. We also used the gazebo covered hot tub, glass enclosed pool and fitness room. Parking was plentiful even with our 7x16 trailer. The location was convenient for all we did in Colorado Springs area. Thank you Radisson CS Airport.

I haven’t stayed in a Radisson in years, normally staying in a Hilton brand hotel or airbnb. I’m currently on a cross country trip and have had to branch out a bit on my usual hotel choices. I was nervous about this hotel, but I was completely wrong! The room was very clean and very comfortable. There is a full service restaurant that even though we never had the chance to eat at, smelled lovely. The pool area was very nice. I’d highly recommend staying at this hotel & will do so again the next time I’m in the Colorado Springs area!
