Stayed for a birthday getaway and was really looking forward to it. Reception staff was very nice and when going to our room the door was wide open and it seemed they were changing out locks. There was tools and drink containers everywhere in the room. We went down to the lobby and received a “better” room. To our surprise, the new “better” rooms refrigerator was broken, lights wouldn’t turn on, restroom bathroom curtain was stained yellow, and the bed felt broken. There was also black marking on the ceiling and I hope it wasn’t mold. We came back to the hotel past midnight and they didn’t have any managers on sight so we figured we would deal with it the next morning since it was a birthday getaway and we had reservations. The next morning housekeeping tried to enter our room before checkout they knocked loudly and when confronted they said “oh check out is 11” like yes we know. Once checking out we asked to discuss our stay since we payed close to $300 and did not have a great stay for that price. The receptionist was very nice and talked to her manager and said “we will inspect the room for damages and give a call later” we were fine with since I have prior experience to hotel management. They called us back and just said they couldn’t do anything since we didn’t alert the issue immediately which I understand, but expected better customer service from the manager and felt taken advantage of. I would recommend staying at a different hotel especially for paying close to $300 definitely a rip off.

Rooms are very small. Comforter on one of our beds was dirty when we got into the room. We took pictures, moved it under the TV table and moved on as we knew lady at front desk wouldn't do anything about it. Wasn't to inviting when checking in. Rooms definitely need to be updated. Lamp at TV desk stayed glowing when turned off all night. Floors didn't look swept or moped. No fan in the bathroom to remove steam/stink from the bathroom. Handle of the balcony door was broken. You have to pay 7.00 to park your car at the hotel you just paid to stay at. Everything cost so much at this hotel. At almost 200 a night definitely disappointed felt like I was scammed. The only positive about it, it's located next to a decent speed way gas station. Key cards were supposed to be used to get in and out of hotel doors on ground floor but no key cards were needed you just had to pull. Key cards weren't needed.

I want to say thank you to all the staff and especially the staff of Amy's (they have at least 3!). Everyone was so accommodating and pleasant which made our Labor Day/anniversary stay so much more special! Special shout out to Amy L. for assisting us so efficiently with our reservation issues, quickly finding a solution and setting us up with such a wonderful room! I appreciate all your help! It's hard to find even ok customer service these days but Amy L. and her colleagues are clearly dedicated to providing top level service and a positive experience for Radisson guests! Will definitely visit again soon. Thank you and cheers!!!

Met my standards on everything except blankets, but we simply asked front desk when we returned after midnight from an event, and they had security bring us new ones right away. We were very pleased with all the amenities, fridge, microwave, coffee, user-friendly TV, lots of towels and soap, big closet, perfect water temp & pressure. Everything was clean and stocked. 9th floor balcony had a beautiful view of the sky, skyline, train, and cute churches and parks in the neighborhood. Will be a destination for us next time we visit the area, especially since we never went to the pool.

Diamond Bus Tour drove our church group from PA to visit Creation Museum, Underground Railroad Museum, and the Ark Encounter (all spectacularly fabulous)! Came to the Marriott for a 'dinner & show' - which was really dinner in the full ballroom shared with 4-5 other tour groups, and an MC with a program of line dances and nice salute to all veterans. It was enjoyable. The location was sort of sketchy to me. The food was decent.

I often passed this hotel while working in Cincinnati and always wanted to stay there sometime because of the location and views of the skyline. Unfortunately when I got the chance, it was a disappointment. First, the good stuff. The lobby was clean and stylish, giving a good first impression. The restaurant was cool with great views and friendly service, though a bit pricey. Now, the bad stuff. Upon arriving the man at the front desk was on the phone giving the caller major attitude. When he was done he was not super friendly to us either, but I felt I had to be careful to not upset him. Then when we got to our room, the door was propped open, which made us feel uneasy. We went back to the lobby to request another room and the lady at the desk shrugged it off saying the cleaners often prop the doors open. The next room we got was cleaner than the first one, but still had this antiquated feeling to it. The rooms in this hotel are in desperate need of upgrades if they are going to keep charging the price per night they currently are. The shower left a lot to be desired. The shower head felt like the one you might see at a college dorm or campground, the drain didn't drain quickly causing water to collect, and the shower had a dusty vent in it. Finally, the pillows were simply awful leading to a spotty and poor sleep. On the bright side, we got an incredible view of the Red's fireworks show

I am a local Property Mgr for a senior community and we had a massive plumbing issue in a resident's apartment home. We contacted the Radisson and they quickly jumped into action to accommodate all of our needs, and the needs of our resident. The Staff and Management really went above and beyond, despite the busy holiday weekend full of events, to make sure her stay was more than adequate. No request was too big and no issue was left unsettled. The staff really were epic in every aspect! Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. Jack (a manager) was Superior in his care and diligence, as well as Afton and Amy P.! Even check out was made absolutely swiftly and effortlessly by Miss Tasha. Kudos, Riverfront Radisson! We won't hesitate to use you again and w will always refer you to incoming family and friends!

For almost $300 a night we expected the rooms to be well kept, and lights and appliances to work.... They did not. We were initially assigned a room on the 8th floor and when reaching that room we saw the door wide open and the electronic lock in pieces on the desk... We then requested a new room and got that one on the 10th floor. When getting into that room we saw the door propped open which made us feel uneasy as anyone could have walked into our room before us with no issue. This room had a non working mini fridge, broken lights above the sink that did not work, and the bed was caved in so we were sleeping on an angle. The next day we were awoken by housekeeping knocking on the door telling us to leave when it was still an hour before checkout. When telling the front desk about our situation they did not do anything about it for us and essentially told us "too bad so sad". No rebate or partial refund. Management is scum and only cares about their bottom line. Will never be returning and warning others. 👍
