When booking I asked if the amenities were in working order. Pool and hot tub. Go to the pool and hot tub.. pool is dirty and hot tub not in order. Paid cash for the breakfast. Next morning go to breakfast we are not on the list. Poor communication and will not stay again. Rooms are old and need renovations.

Positive: The room was very large and the bed comfortable. Although the hotel is older it was very well kept and clean. The front desk personnel were very friendly. I really appreciated the in-room refrigerator and microwave. Cleaning service was excellent! Negative: The rooms did not have a dresser, however, the closet had sufficient space for my clothes. Disappointed there was no room service. Area was safe, however, looks shady.

We are visiting Casa Grande and decided to stay at this hotel. Looking at the outside, I thought this hotel would be perfect for the night! When I walked in, there was a strange smell, but the lobby was clean. The young, pregnant employee who checked me in seemed pleasant, but it would have been nice to have been told beforehand that they charge a $100 deposit. After my card was charged, that is when she mentioned the deposit. Our room was on the fourth floor, and after exiting the elevator, there was a strong smell coming from the hallway. I dont know what that smell was, but it was awful! The room seemed clean, but there were areas on the wall missing paint and several stains. I am not sure if it was mold or mildew that was in the shower, but that made me a little uneasy since we have our children with us. Luckily, I always bring disinfectant spray with us to disinfect surfaces before we touch anything. Overall, the ladies at the front desk were great, but I can't say that I would stay at this hotel again.

Gina and a sweet pregnant staff member were awesome, that was the only good, they tried to make things better. I paid over $350 for 2 nights and my 5 people. Breakfast was NOT included like I was told by 3rd party and Precious would not honor it because that is not a typical thing, free breakfast, wanting to charge us $13.99 per person instead for a continental breakfast is absolutely ridiculous and shameful. She even said that by booking through the 3rd party was my problem and not hers. Hotel is dirty, pool and jacuzzi are totally disgusting, including the patio with broken cement and furniture and so much bird poo! The room was decent but 75% of plugs don't work and there is very poor lighting. We were on the street side on the hotel, a main road with a train that runs all night. There are no sound barriers on the large windows, they are old and poor quality. Around midnight after we had unpacked and mostly settled in and 1/2 our family were sleeping, our toilet clogged and wouldn't flush. There was no one to fix it and they did offer to change our room but that was not a practical option. A young man brought me a plunger and I fixed it myself, I wish they would have paid me for my services as it clogged several more times during our 2 day stay. Iron was broken and it took about an hour to get a new one, however the replacement was brand new, thank you for that. Checking out at 7 am the final day was pleasant. Gina was apologetic of the troubles and did offer us free breakfast but we declined as we had already made plans after learning that it was $13.99 the previous day. When traveling, especially with my family size we ALWAYS book hotels with a free breakfast, that saves us a large amount of money and this is something standard that I always do. The fact the free breakfast was NOT honored by this hotel was very disappointing, to honor it would have been something so simple to do to change the entire atmosphere of the stay, everything else could have been overlooked, what a very poorly handled situation.

Absolutely horrible. We rented a conference room for a family event. Thanks to poor staff and management it was a disaster. We could not get in early, as indicated. Then staff did not have keys to open the doors at the time event was to start. They forgot the food and beverages and finally brought three quarters the way through event. Then forgot plates, utensils, ice for the hot tea. Staff and management were untrained, unprofessional and outright rude.

Our recent stay at Radisson Inn Casa Grande was a delightful experience, thanks to its range of amenities, convenient location, and friendly staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of, making our stay memorable and enjoyable. The hotel boasts a variety of amenities to suit both leisure and business travelers. The pool and hot tub provided a relaxing oasis where we could unwind after a long day of activities. Additionally, the availability of meeting rooms and a dedicated workstation made it easy to stay productive while on the road. One highlight of our stay was the daily happy hour from 5 to 7, offering a perfect opportunity to socialize and enjoy some refreshments. The complimentary tea and coffee available all day were also a nice touch, ensuring that we stayed caffeinated and energized throughout our stay. The staff at Radisson Inn Casa Grande were consistently friendly and helpful, with special recognition to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our comfort. The hotel's location was another standout feature, conveniently situated near a variety of restaurants and shopping destinations. Additionally, its proximity to parks and City Hall made it easy to explore the local area and take in the sights. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, featuring two comfortable beds and a functional desk area where we could work. The furnishings were in good condition, contributing to the pleasant atmosphere of the room. However, one aspect that fell short of our expectations was the lack of included breakfast and the high cost of the offerings. While this may not be a deal-breaker for some travelers, it's worth considering for those looking for a more budget-friendly option. Overall, our stay at Radisson Inn Casa Grande was enjoyable and hassle-free, offering comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Despite the minor drawbacks regarding breakfast, we would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Casa Grande.

Positive: "" Negative: The swimming pool was completely covered in sand on the bottom! Super dirty. A nice clean pool would be good especially in the summer when adults and kids want to enjoy a nice clean swimming pool.

This place is horrible. the only thing nice was the lobby and front desk, the employees were nice too, once you pass the lobby to go to the rooms it smells like wet dog, the carpet looks stained and old, the walls look painted over several times, we booked here for 7 days, when entering our room it got worse the smell of stinky pets was strong, there's no carpet probably because of the allowed pets, the room and bathroom was gross I couldn't touch anything, after an hour of trying to get over it, I went to the front desk and said I had a family emergency and needed to cancel the first night was already paid and non refundable, I didn't care I left and went to another hotel for the week, best decision ever, oh and guests have to park in the rear that back door had people coming and going that I could guarantee didn't belong there, save yourself and go somewhere else.

This is the better and newer option of local budget hotels. Friendly staff, newer and cleaner rooms. Prices are higher than similar offerings nearby, and tends to get full often.
