Radisson Hotel Atlanta Airport - Hotel in College Park - 4475 Best Rd, USA

My connecting flight to Seattle had to be rescheduled by Delta and I was given a voucher to stay overnight in Atlanta. I found the Radisson to be modern and beautiful. My room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The lighting was beautiful and energy efficient, with bright lamps in all the right spots. I especially loved the mirror in the bathroom with the lighted frame. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were attentive and helpful at check-in and breakfast. They had an avocado toast option on special, perfectly suited for me. The shuttle arrived as expected and got me back to the airport on time. I am a Senior and appreciate how well Delta and the Radisson staff took care of my needs. Thanks again, Sierra

I had to unexpectedly spend a night in Atlanta, and I went to this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I liked the bar for just picking up something to drink for better sleep. Later, I promptly received a receipt of the stay from the hotel upon my request on the phone. It was done within an hour. I would return to the hotel for sure!

Very clean hotel, check in was not too great,but manageable. No commentary anything, only the coffee in your room. The hotel is nice and quiet! Love that and safe! The only thing is planes fly overhead often, due to a very busy airport Atlanta airport

Just got in. Many reviews were great, some not so great. I'm very happy with my room. I have 10 fee days parking while I'm out of town. The room is just as seen on the website. Clean and fresh. Very very happy!

The Radisson ATL Airport location does not care about the safety of their women customers traveling solo nor do they care about doing what's right to compensate for a breach in safety. For the past 8 months, I've been given the run around by hotel staff and the general manager in regards to a refund I requested due to a safety issue during my stay. I have called dozens of times, emailed the front desk, the general manager, and the owners of the hotel. I even made a drive back to the hotel the next time I was in town to speak to the general manager, personally, about my situation and to discuss resolution. Since that in person conversation, I've been ghosted (yet again) even though I've followed up twice via email since speaking with him in person. He reassured me that he would handle this, but has not done so. BE WARNED: this specific hotel is PRIVATELY OWNED. Therefore, if you have any issues during your stay, how it is handled is at the discretion of the owners. Unfortunately, the Radisson corporate chain will not be able to help you. I know this because I attempted to resolve it with corporate directly. It is absolutely ridiculous that a refund requested in MAY 2023 has not been resolved when we are almost in FEBRUARY 2024.

I booked this hotel based on location and the room layout. The room was very large but furnished very empty. There were 2 TVs but one remote. The room was dark with tiny reading lamps over the couch. Tiny reading lights and small light fixtures near the bed. The room was too dark to work in so I had to go to a friend's to be able to work. Has potential but is not sufficient for the way I travel and work.

I just checked into the hotel this afternoon! Upon checking in, I encountered a minor discrepancy. However, Ash and Andrea at the front desk, immediately resolved the situation very professionally and with a smile! Adrian at the bar was super hospitable as well! I am extremely grateful for their amazing customer service skills! The hotel is beautiful and the same is reflected in the service. The rooms are comfortable. I look forward to enjoying the rest of my stay! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We booked through Park Sleep & Fly for the parking and this hotel worked for us. The best things about it include the fact that it is newly remodeled and has good mattresses with very clean rooms. Housekeeping seemed to be on the ball. Front desk staff was efficient and matter of fact. Expect $100 damage deposit. It felt very safe to me with no sketchy characters milling about. Though they charge for parking, you can come and go as you please and park where you want. The hotel is done in a seriously contemporary style that is grays on grays. The large-scale local photos in the rooms were really good though. 1 cup coffee maker in room. Good bathroom and shower. Bar downstairs provides some food and coffee at a premium, though I didn’t see anything about a breakfast being on offer. If it was, you would certainly pay extra. Though the shuttle is shared with Holiday Inn Express nearby. it was on time. ||||If you are flying anything but Delta, expect a long circuitous walk across the main terminal for check in on the north side as the drop off is on the south side for Delta. The returning pickup spot is under the MARTA station on the far east end of the Main Terminal. That also took us a while to sort out. Located just beyond the south runways of the busiest airport in the nation, noise is a bit of problem. It gets better in the wee hours, but it really is close to every 40 seconds otherwise. Some planes are much louder than others. All that being said, I would stay here again. Hapeville and East Point hotels are better located for dinner, but I have had far worse stays near ATL airport.
