Since RAD started with our agency, there have been a lot of changes but the team has been nothing but supportive. Michael is really great to work with! He's very prompt in addressing issues and provides easy-to-understand explanations about how to handle things if they come up in the future. He's very communicative and lets us know when there's something that he's working on. He's definitely an integral part of the team!

Had a call 6,yes i said 6, months ago. Now i get a 32.5 extra fee for it being MLK jr day. WHAT!?! You just realized it was a holiday and the extra fee for a 15 minute call to find out wht type of ram i needed is 32$. BS. Not to mention that it was over $200 to have him come put the ram in and he couldn't figure out why the computer wouldn't turn on for 30 minutes of that time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
