I enjoyed watching a World Series game at this venue. The burgers were great and the staff was awesome. The beer selection was decent but not the place to go for a huge set of taps or to check out local beers.
I have always walked past this venue and I’m happy I finally popped in. This place is super clean, spacious, & has a great happy hour. They have both indoor and outdoor spaces to hangout. This venue is super close to Petco and they also have additional sports on multiple TVs to hangout and watch. I’d recommend popping in to check them out.
The five wings is so good. The wine is best tasting wine. And the best salad you can ever have. The server is the best and bartender has been very vigilant and observant and very good giving us a chance to be hands on. Great atmosphere and service. Bar has a decent selection of drinks and the menu is good. Bartenders are awesome and knowledgeable. The whole crew had a great nite. Steps away from the park and close to the Hilton hotel and convention center. Super laidback compared to the gaslamp area. Highly recommended.
I enjoy going to R Place to watch a futbol match, football game, baseball, eat breakfast or lunch, or grab a few cocktails with or without dinner in the evening. The staff are always welcoming and the food is tasty served with the just the portions to fill me up. Before I started going to R Place I never knew and of course tasted chilaquiles. Now this is my go to spot for the dish amongst other dishes cooked up by the staff. Came in today to see the new self serve Bloody Mary bar. Going to be a great time watching Premier League futbol, US Soccer, and NFL games at R Place this fall.
Love this bar. It's one of the few places I can go in the downtown area that still feels like a "locals" bar! Get great crowds from the stadium, but it still feels like "my bar" at the end of the night. Food is solid as well!
R place is the place for my co workers and I to go after work. Everytime we go in it's full of smiles from the staff and warm greetings. The food is great the drinks are better and the staff is the best! Never have a bad experience at R place.
