R J Riches - Family restaurant in Mounds View - 2145 Highway Avenue, USA

It has been many years since I have been able to stop at RJ Riches. Oh my how I have missed the food! They have never disappointed me. Flavor, amount of food, price, friendliness and attentiveness! This is a must go place. You can get whatever you want at whatever time of day. We had the gyros omelette. It was hanging off the plate! Can't wait to come back!

First time coming here and I was in shock when they brought me out these enormous plates full of food. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was laid back and old school diner feel. I never seen gyro meat as an option to put in an omelet? Ill tell ya, i was very impressed. I would say it was amazingly good. Must go and check it out if you like great food and lots of it in a cozy ma n pa kitchen.

My partner, our friend, and I came to RJs for a lovely breakfast on a crisp, sunny winter morning. They had been before, I had not. I came with no expectations, eager to enjoy whatever experience might await us. Our server was FANTASTIC... So polite and sweet and her energy was vibrant and filled with life. That definitely made the experience that much better... Always does. The food was superb. What a massive pancake! Omg. The eggs and hashbrows were perfectly prepared... The veggies fresh. Definitely would recommend. Check it out, get some quality food, tip your server well. 💙🩵

RJ's is great. Every time we've been here the food is great and the servers are friendly. When the place is busy there may be a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. The only bad thing is that the ketchup on the table is Hunt's.

Been coming here for many years .highly recommend, Large portions, great food selections. Newly remodeled table/booths, much brighter, staff are very nice. Get there early or expect to wait, since the pandemic they now close at 3pm.

This was one of my dad’s favorite spots. We had many breakfasts here on the weekend together!. The staff is has been at RJ Riches for along time. they are always amazing and super friendly. The food comes in large portions and is always good. My favorite for breakfast is the Gyros Breakfast, Riches Breakfast and for lunch it is the Club Deluxe.

Portion sizes could be more than enough for 2 people or one really hungry individual. Everything we was made from scratch and amazing. This is how food should be.

Like an old school truck stop diner. Pen and paper for self check in. Pay at the register on your way out. Bathrooms are tiny and tidy! Giant portions… I recommend sharing, even if you have a big appetite. Pancakes are the size of plates. Parking lot is fairly easy to get in and out of. Ask for your hash browns on the side if don’t want them inside your omelette.
