All I can say is that R Computer is outstanding. My wife worked for a family business that used R Computer. They were extremely helpful and always available when needed. When it came to our home computer whenever we had issues we would contact R Computer (as we are not very computer literate). When we needed a new desktop computer and laptop we went through R Computer. They are very honest, and worked with us for what we needed. Rhonda, Stephen and John are the best. I would highly recommend R Computer. They have been lift savers for us!!

HONESTY POINTS: I brought in a laptop with a broken hinge and a deflecting chassis every time I opened it and closed it. I wanted to get a quote for the work to fix it. But they said that given the age of the laptop, it was probably best to just live with it as-is if I could since it won't be too long before it'll be time to replace the laptop anyways. I appreciated their honesty instead of just doing the work just for the sake of making money off of me.

My HP Pavilion Laptop suffered a broken hinge, which caused the frame to separate from the screen and the lid will not close. Stephen Haitch from R Computers diagnosed the issue instantly. He acknowledged that this model has a design flaw with the hinges. I would highly recommend R Computers, and Stephen Haitch, for computer repairs. The tune-up of our Desktop HP went well and in a timely fashion. Stephen was very professional in describing what he was going to do, and how long would take. Now I need to schedule my laptop for its tune-up! R-Computer has been our go to computer vendor and supplier for over 10 years. I highly recommend them.

We have been using R-Computer for over 20yrs and They are a really great company with really great team member on staff there. Stephen in the inhouse tech dept is always fast friendly and does a really great job for us whenever I need to bring in one of our computers. They all are kind, quick, thorough, they stand behind their work and boy do they build fantastic custom computers that last and stand the test of time far better than HP, Dell and other big name brands. You truly get great a great quality product at a very reasonable price. I will not go anywhere else.

My computer needs were two-fold: My office system was 12 years old and needed to be replaced/updated, and I had a lap top unit from a former employee that had a password lock to access, that was not known. Stephen Haitch helped with both situations, including spending a generous amount of time in my office to assure all hardware was operating properly and that transfer of all software and files was thorough. Recently I had a malfunction with my computer blinking on and off. When I couldn't rectify the situation on my own, I popped the computer into the car and headed to R-Computer. They have built and worked on my computer several times. I met Stephen when I took the computer in and he hooked up the base to his monitor to give a quick assessment of the problem. It was something that wasn't evident right away, so he took the computer for further evaluation. In a few days I had a call back from him that he had located the problem and was able to fix it. While he had it, he also notified me that my hard drives were getting full and one of the two was running slowly. As this is my work horse computer it was imperative that my drives work flawlessly. He was already on it and replaced both of my drives and increased the capacity for each. I am not a computer "mechanic-guru" and appreciate Stephen's foresight in getting the right fix for my computer. I will always go back to R-Computer when an issue arises or when the time comes to replace my current computer system. I appreciate their timely response and the work performed. Well done!

Please forgive some background. I purchased a custom desktop from R Computer seven years ago. After some initial problems, due to a processor, nothing that R Computer built, this computer has performed INCREDIBLY. After replacing laptops every couple of years I consider this one of the best purchases I've EVER MADE. Basically no problems other than an issue with Office licensing which again, was no fault of R Comp. They helped me with it anyway as they did when I finally switched to Windows 10, free of charge. Recently I had a problem which turned out to be my fault but Steven, who it turns out actually built my computer, ran a diagnostic, again free of charge due to the fact that R Comp built the unit. Though the unit still performs basically flawlessly, I had Steven do a tune up, partially because I had been thinking about it anyway and because I felt guilty for wasting their time. I cannot say enough good things about Steven and R Computer in a time when most firms seem to want to charge more and deliver less. EXCELLENCE SHOULD BE REWARDED
