I feel R & R Consulting in Marin County CA is without peers for your IT needs. They have transformed our computer lives (70+) by updating our equipment, improving safety from hackers, improving Wi-Fi speed, and reduced wire clutter. You might say that many could do those things, but not with their timely in home service, remote support, professional detailed fairly priced invoicing, and patience to explain the best use of our software. I brought in a MacBook Pro 15 inch 2017 with a broken command key along with a replacement key that I had bought on eBay. I thought the replacement was NOT the right part since I had repaired a broken key on a 2015 MacBook Pro and this key looked so different. And, I didn't want to start taking keys off to see what they looked like as replacement of keys can be tricky. The tech from R&R looked at the broken key and the replacement part and left to get a special tool to remove one piece of the broken key on the keyboard and put on the replacement. It took less than 10 minutes, but I couldn’t have done it as it required the tool along with the expertise to remove the piece (which at first glance seemed to break the key further). The tech wouldn’t take any payment even though I offered. So not only was R&R knowledgeable and friendly, but very customer friendly. I will be using them for future computer issues.

I called several companies early this morning and while some confirmed they wouldn't be able to fix the problem - Russell called promptly and stated it would be no problem. True to his word, I brought my PC in - and he fixed all the issues and then some! Best money I spent all day. I'll definitely be returning whenever I need some tech help.

RNR has been great. I do most of the maintenance on my computers myself. However when I get stuck, RNR has always fixed the problem fast and for a fair price. They always fix it first time, every time.

I met Russel to go over the decals on my trucks. I had some but they were terrible. He designed my new logo, which rocks, and then did the vinyl decals on my trucks. They look amazing and I already have had calls from them. I appreciate the time and dedication they gave to me and will be a return customer
