R and K Technologies has been nothing but exceptional for our company. We had no idea how bad we were getting ripped off by our previous wide format printing provider until we sat down with R and K technologies to review our plan and their new machines. They bought us out of a horrible leasing contract, gave us a brand new machine, and we're paying less than we ever have before. If anyone is in the market for a product or service that R and K technology provides, they should be where you start AND end. IT services are also top notch. There is no problem Mr. Ron Bennett can't solve. I'd give a 6th star if it were possible.

The staff took the time to demonstrate a HP Design Jet XL3600 Large format printer for BWK Engineering LLC. I am not an engineer and was very worried about leasing an item that I do not use on a daily basis. Since my employer left this in my hands to make the best decision for the business, I was needless to say going to be very thorough with my questions regarding not only the operation of the equipment but, pricing as well. R & K had to work very hard to prove to me they were not just here for a sale. Tim Rollins worked with me to achieve what they call a working relationship and by doing so earned my business. Tim didn't try to lease me anything more (larger / more expensive) that what BWK Engineering LLC. really needed. This was refreshing since, most of the other businesses I researched with wanted to lease me something more than we really needed. We worked well together to review and decide the best option for us as well as pricing. The installation and training went very well, and R&K Technologies Inc. was able to work with my IT person to ensure a smooth transition. As of today, we have now had our new Printer for about 60 days, and all is running smoothly and no problems. I highly recommend R & K Technologies for printer needs.
