"Lake life Inn" - Hotel in Laconia - 7 Baker Ave, USA

We highly recommend Lake Life Inn. Our hostess Stacy could not be more welcoming & helpful. It's a very easy check in, the room had everything you need & more like renting a little cabin than a hotel room. The location is close to the Pier and Boardwalk but somehow peaceful and laid back. It's a very friendly street with a swimming spot a few steps down. We love it here!

Had stayed here last year before the name change and new ownership I'm assuming, but place was nice! Had everything I needed to be comfortable and a view of the lake on the deck was a plus! Spacious enough for a couple or three in the particular unit I had. Overall, veeey decent place and if you can book it in the summer time, you're right in the heart of the Weirs! 💯

The owner is beyond accommodating!! We absolutely loved it here!!! Great location and all the comforts of home. Kitchen, living area and 2 bedrooms also extra sleeping space in living area. The rooms are clean and welcoming! Everything about this place is a 10+.You will not find a better affordable place on Weirs Beach. I can’t wait to come back!!!!!

we stayed here last summer and when my husband picked Weirs Beach for his birthday get away this year, I knew where to book.. This year we upgraded from the economy apt to a superior one. We were on the lake end of the building on the 2nd floor. Great view of the lake from the apt windows and from the front porch. The stairway is narrow, and the screen door leading to the porch didn't close all the way The apt wasn't too crowded for the 4 of us that were staying there. The kitchen wasn't too big, but we were on vacation and ate out most of the 2 days we were there. It would have been nice if the management had housekeeping turn the fridge on prior to our getting there, but it was a cold day when we arrived so we kept stuff out on the porch until it cooled down. The only complaint I had was we never got fresh towels, but that could have been partly my fault. I hate wet towels on the floor so I stuffed them all on the towel rack in the bathroom. We also weren't expecting to see a for sale sign on the apt house when we approached it. Hopefully if will still be a rental the next time we visit the area. We love how close it is to everything on the strip and the beach

We had a spacious ground floor one bed apartment in late October. It was very well heated which was welcome. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you would need for a short stay. Very clean throughout, and a little old fashioned which we liked. The location is great, minutes walk to beach and restaurants. There was only one open in town with everything else within walking distance shut for the season. You have to pick up keys at Lazy E Motor Inn about a mile away.

We stayed in the 2-bed apartment with friends. The check-in at the Lazy E Motor Inn went smoothly. An employee actually brought us to the apartment which was a little difficult to find. The first impression was not good. The carpet in the hallway was badly stained and the light very dim. It was hard to see the steep stairs which led to the 2nd floor. The apartment has two reasonably sized bedrooms. We had only a few hooks in the closet and no hangers. Apart from the queen size bed there was a chest of drawers and a broken chair in the room. Our friends had 1 single and 1 double bed and also a chest of drawers. Their bedroom had a small balcony. The bathtub and kitchen were fairly clean but the oven was greasy. That was cleaned the next day. The kitchen was alright but the microwave on top of the refrigerator was hard to operate. There were chipped glasses and the rug under the dining table was stained and so were the chairs. The bathroom was very small.||The dining room table had enough space for 4 but the fold down bed that acted as a sofa was uncomfortable. We were out most of the time so we didn’t really care too much about the seating comfort. Outside stood 2 grills but both were very dirty. ||The WiFi connection only worked for a few hours on the first night then we were completely without for 2 days. We phoned the office twice but nothing was done about it. ||The location is nice but at the beginning of October many restaurants and shops were already closed. We thought the apartment was overprized for what it was and for the time of the year. We would not book it again.

This year we stayed in their largest rental A7, 4 bedroom, great view,and very comfortable.It was our second time here and its in the perfect spot right off Weirs beach. The ice fishing is awesome a short walk down the road and your in a prime spot for lake trout and Rainbows. We got a nice 22 inch Laker. Its fully furnished all appliances including a dishwasher and my fav's coffee maker and big Iron skillet. Best eggs ever!Everyone that works there is super nice. We will be back next year!!!

We recently stayed in one of the apartment style units. After reading reviews I was alittle scared. I was very impressed with the unit when we got there. It was clean and had everything we needed. We were walking distance to everything which was great! We had a blast and are planning on staying again next year!
