Quixotic Coffee - Coffee shop in St Paul - 769 Cleveland Ave S, USA

Good coffee and pleasant staff. They get quite busy so I commend them on how quick and efficient they are. There is a decent amount of seating and the shop goes a little ways back, but it does get a bit loud at said busy times.

I don't drink coffee so I don't myself in coffee shops often. This one is easily one of my favorites, though. I typically come here to meet up with friends or get something to go. Most recently I was catching up with a friend and got a vanilla chai tea and a buttered croissant (there were several baked goods available [donuts, muffins, etc.]). I got my order "for here" so I received it on nice plates. The tea was the perfect temperature and the croissant hit the spot! Staff were incredibly welcoming and I've never had a bad experience. I'm thankful that Quixotic is my local coffee shop and I look forward to finding more reasons to visit. Easy 5 stars from me!

I have been here many times,it is a step above a chain coffee shop or store. It is independently owned. The name is pronounced: kiwxotic. Th Q is more like a K! Their coffee is simply excellent! They have all types of coffees, teas & expresso & other types of beverages. They have food like sandwiches & sweet baked goods. The sweet baked goods & pastries are very good & tend to sell out quickly! Before you come here you should check out their online menu. They also have free wifi & you see many people working on their laptops. It is also very quiet inside. Even though it is on a busy street like Cleveland ave near Ford Parkway. I ordered the last time I was there, an iced coffee with a maple donut. I enjoyed the coffee immensely, so I got a refill. It is a very relaxing place! It's a good place to read a book, talk with friends or do some work on your laptop. They also have outdoor seating in the warmer months. It looks small from the outside. However it rather a large place. I would describe it as long & narrow. They have booths, tables & a counterbar. The employees here are very helpful. I always enjoy my time at Quixotic & you will too! One of the better coffee establishments in the Twin Cities. They also have takeout & you can also order ahead. It is also a very clean establishment! Gee whiz those smoothie bowls are scrumptious! Do I like paying $13 for one? No, I wouldn't say I do, but they are simply too fire to resist (the Cocoblue is my favorite!). The employees are also really nice, so that makes me feel better about emptying my pockets for some fruit. I can't wait to come back!

We brought our dogs inside and everyone LOVED them :) baristas and owner were super nice and it was a fun coffee shop to go to. Only 4 stars because something was off with the London fog

Some of the best coffee I’ve had! Their specialty cold brews are no joke. I’m a fan of sweeter coffee so I asked the barista what their sweetest cold brew was. She said the Marko polo would be their sweetest drink but they can make any of their cold brews sweeter based on request. When looking at the other drinks the barista mentioned the chocolate milk was delicious so I was leaning towards those. I ended up getting the rockless road which was cold brew, chocolate milk and hazelnut syrup. After getting my drink the barista mentioned she made it a little sweeter for me and let me try it in case I wanted it to be sweeter. She was so friendly and helpful when ordering!! It ended up tasting delicious based on the accommodations she already made. It was the perfect balance of coffee, milk and hazelnut for me! I definitely want to come back and try their other cold brew with chocolate milk which comes with almond syrup instead of hazelnut; the deniro. Overall I was so satisfied with my experience and the service I received. The coffee was delicious as I mentioned, and there’s also a good amount of seating to come and get some work done as well. There’s free Wi-Fi and lots of large tables to work at. I definitely will come back!

Quixotic ( is that key-oh-tic or quicks-oh-tic) is a nice ship. Good coffee, spiffy interior, ok street parking. Nice place for an AM coffee. Can get busy. Sunny in the morning. I like the bench seats. It has a little meeting room in the backs as well. Right on the edge of the new Ford Parkway condos. I’d describe QC as what Starbucks should try and be. A modern coffee shop that knows how to make good coffee.
