Quinto Miami - Latin American restaurant in Miami - 788 Brickell Plaza, USA

Wow, this place is phenomenal! I happened to stop by for a quick bite last weekend after shopping, while I was visiting Miami from out of town and what a wonderful surprise. Gloria, was the hostess that greeted me and she had such a fun, cheerful inviting vibe. Then, Jose was my waiter and he just continued to increase the bar already set high by Gloria. He was so friendly, super chill but very professional, knew the restaurant and food well. Everything he suggested was insane. The mushroom croquettes (not pictured, because I killed it before remembering to grab my camera) was like a true explosion of flavor that for a brief second I forgot where I was. Then the jumbo garlic shrimp/sweet potato dish with my spicy margarita came out shortly after and it truly was remarkable!….like you want to slap the chef because it is so freaking good… who are these people and why isn’t this in my state? Such a good find, good people, good atmosphere and good food; I will definitely go back when in town again.

We went for lunch and the food was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The place was beautifully decorated and the service was also OK. For the price, I was expecting a bit more. The octopus and ceviche were great, the steak was good, and the sides unimpressive. I supposed my disappointment comes from expecting more from the meat than the seafood. We order white wine as it was really hot outside, and it was not chilled enough. We should’ve asked the waiter to stop pouring and chill it, so that was completely on us, but we perceived a certain rush to get us to finish the bottle. It’s a nice spot for a date, especially at night.

Sitting outside it is relaxing, and well-maintained, I was there on Sunday brunch. All food selection is delicious, and the food is fresh. The drink selection is long for everybody to taste. Elizabeth was our server, she took the experience to the next level, transmitted her passion for her job, and made sure every detail was taken care of.

Easily one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a while. The food is good but what I like best is there are unique twists on food items. Example a quinoa salad I had came with yogurt it was unbelievable. Additionally the staff here are extremely helpful but not overly sweet. I would come to eat here over and over.

Came to celebrate our anniversary dinner after we had drinks at Sugar. We sat outside which is very pretty. They had heaters next to the tables that made all the difference, since it was a chilly night. To start we ordered the empanada. It was a little pricey for what it was and I think I was ok. The star of the night was the avocado pizza. As you can see in the pictures it was completely covered in avocado and feta. It was delicious!! For the main meal we shared the Entraña. The meat was tender and juicy and the chimichurri was delicious. Our drinks came out quickly and our server too good car of us throughout the night. The food also came out relatively quickly. The ambiance was romantic and it was a great way to finish our night.

Food is outstanding and only exceeded by the service- our server was Nicole and she was fabulous. The fish options are plentiful and super fresh; the greens on the salad vibrant in color and the vegetables on the hot entrees were unique and delicious- all fire roasted. You cannot help but get mesmerized by the tropical foliage everywhere on the outdoor patio seating. Truly a gem, I will be back.

We had a late night dinner here. It’s amazing restaurant with its own jungle 😍 You better visit it if you are a meat lover. We didn’t eat meat. That’s why I gave 4stars only.

Everything is so great about this place. As soon as you arrive, you feel a nice atmosphere, modern and a unique design. It's very cozy, warm and romantic. The sweet hostess received me with kindness and with a big smile. The waitress was very professional, friendly and happy; he took his time to give suggestions about the menu. The quality of food is very good and also the flavor. The executive menu is not expensive at all for this type of place. Nice and long bar. Quinto is located inside the Brickell City Centre. You can park in the mall and go to the fifth floor. Make sure downstair that you’re in the right tower. Pet friendly. I will repeat it again! I like it a lot!
