Quick Stop Motel - Motel in Myrtle Creek - 5, Exit 113, 6453 NE Dole Rd, USA

Room completely smelled like smoke. The sheets and pillows will NOT smell like SOAP or that they used soap. Not a single container in the shower. If you hunt all around you'll find one tiny bar of soap. I'm guessing so that the customers won't use them up. Cigarette burns in the linoleum. Window screen held in with duct tape all the way around. Air conditioner so loud and cheap, you will not be able to sleep with it on.. I'm thinking intentionally for the electric bill. The window next to the door has no latches. it's just a plate of glass that does not open up. So I opened up the door, after 10 minutes the front desk called me and told me I need to close the door. I asked about food in the area, they were completely incorrect about all their knowledge of food in the area. All they could recommend was McDonald's or Taco Bell. I passed three Mexican restaurants on the way into town.

Housekeeping ( I believe her and her husband are also owners ) started calling the room an hour before checkout and called about every 10 minutes reminding me what time checkout was, even though I spoke to her every time she called. She was extreme rude when I turned the key into her. Rooms are very outdated and not the cleanest. Only thing it has going for it is it’s right off I-5.

Simple and comfortable! Nestled along I5 but quite and comfortable. Not fancy but a great place to rest for the night before hitting the highway again. Shower was nice and hot, room was clean and very reasonable priced. Staff was great and I'll make this my stopping point in the way to California from Portland from now on.

The reviews on this page are definitely harsh. Yes, it is an older motel. But at 2am, when everything else nearby was booked, we found this motel. The guy came to the window immediately and got us checked in very quickly. He was very polite, especially for it being 2am. Rooms are clean. Would definitely stay here again. No problems whatsoever. Thank you to the owner for giving us a room on such short notice.

Very clean room for cheap. The service was very nice, but our bathroom window was broken.

This stop was not your 4 star hotel. However, the room was clean and tidy. I think this motel is doing it's best to slowly renovate and clean things up. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. That being said it is very dated and the lock on the door is not the best. The service was wonderful.

I had limited options, and this place had OK reviews and was cheap so I booked a room.When I arrived, I thought it was abandoned. Gate halfway across driveway, then cones partly blocking driveway, junk piled around, and lawn a mess. Nothing like the pics here on Trip Advisor. The lady who checked me in was nice got checked in quickly. The room was relatively clean, linens clean, bed actually fairly comfortable, and walls appear to have been recently painted - still masking tape on the heater. I've been in worse. Coffee pot in the room, but no coffee. Very small, old, and very basic motel. With some work and cleaning up outside, it could be a great little quaint, retro motel. Right not it's just old and small. To top it off, there were a couple stray cats in the parking lot begging for attention, a guy in another room (who was here fighting fires) started to feed them, when a guy came huffing across the driveway, said he saw him on camera, yelled at him for feeding them, accusing him of breaking the rules - there's a rule against compassion??? Not posted anywhere. Basically kicked them out for feeding cats. Ridiculous. Until there are some changes ,I would not choose this place again.

Was traveling with my elderly father and we made better time than I expected so I asked politely if an early check in was possible. She was instantly combative and rude, but I stayed friendly. I understand if the rooms were not done being cleaned, we all work for a living. Got my dad into the shade so we could figure out how to kill some time. He layed down on the bench, trying to get his back to pop. She came out yelling at us that he could not lay there so I said OK and sorry. Then she comes back out to tell us we could go find another place to stay. I hope that when she is elderly and needs oxygen periodically she is treated that way. That was unprovoked and shameful
