Quick Quack Car Wash - Car wash in Marina - 160 Beach Rd, USA

BEWARE! Car scratched from this wash. I have frequented this place 3 times before my last visit on Monday, and it will be my last. After going through the wash and drying my car, I noticed several large scratches all over the hood of my car. I notified the staff to get their manager and the manager immediately defended the business saying the pattern of scratches didn’t match the wash and that they couldn’t say it was because of the car wash because no other cars before or after me were scratched. I was also told they would review video footage to determine what happened. The car next to me told me their license plate cover was broken off from the car wash so actually a car as technically damaged after mine. After filing a claim, they got back after a few days saying there is insufficient evidence. I am beyond disappointed that they are suggesting I am lying about this, and I will not return to this establishment.

It's a great car wash, if you can get in it. Evidently, the sweet fella with the mask that's supposed to take payment is offended by pickup trucks. Told me, very dramatically, how everything in the back of my truck was going to " just blow out everywhere when it goes through the wash." 🙄 No ma'am it's not. Took the same truck, same secured items in the bed, right through the same wash a week or so ago. I actually intended on buying the unlimited wash package today. Believe it or not, I have enough common sense not to have a bed full of loose objects when I go to get my truck washed. There's a traffic cone pushed under the tool box, a five gallon fire suppression bag, couple of shovels a bag of locating paint that's clipped in with a carabiner, and a dielectric rubber blanket under a packed and tied down cooler. Everything in this truck has been through this carwash before and travels hundreds of miles a day just like it is. Maybe a little fresh oxygen would help 🤔 Deuces Ducky ✌️ Thanks for your response, Ducky Dude. Like I said, there's nothing back there that doesn't go through a carwash once a week, including yours. Why would I waste my time with any further conversation? You don't want my business and I don't want you to have it. If you think your carwash is going to reach down into the bed of that truck and pull those items out, you are Quick Quacked! ✌️

I really enjoy being a member! Having those little towels is the best thing ever! It’s always great service ! I was very pleased with my visit today. I was greeted by Mo! She was so helpful on the multi car membership. I was so confused and she made sure I left with all my questions answered! Thank you Mo!

I really wanna take the time to talk about their customer service!! I never had a bad experience! They’re always so happy and personable!! Today I felt horrible because I arrived close to closing. I was grated with Araceli. She is by far the best experience I’ve ever encounter!! Employees like her is what makes your company successful! I hope leadership appreciates employees as such. I’m part of management at work and let me tell you…. Having employees like her it’s a gift !! Thank you so much Araceli for your service and for helping me today with no tire shine in my car lol I hate that stuff!! I wouldn’t change a thing… y’all are slaying.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any car wash in the Central Coast. Alejandra was very professional and attended my every need. I absolutely did the right choice by becoming part of the Quick Quack family. Will definitely recommend my family to this location!

We’ve had a family plan with Quick Quack Car Wash since shortly after the store opened, getting our cars washed weekly. Everything was fine until two weeks ago. The belt stopped abruptly before the exit, which has happened before, so we waited for it to restart. Suddenly, our car slipped as if it reversed and collided with the car behind us—an extremely scary experience. We found two dents on our car’s tail, but thankfully, the other car was unharmed. We reported the incident to the office and were told they’d contact us within three days with an investigation report. They did, but the response was simply: "I am sorry your experience at Quick Quack Car Wash wasn't a stellar one. I am happy to provide any footage necessary to your insurance adjuster to evaluate your collision." We were baffled—shouldn’t an investigation determine responsibility? We went back to the store to request footage and a proper report. The store manager said that only the "store leader" could handle accident investigations and access footage, but they were on leave until the following Tuesday. We waited, but the store leader didn’t contact us, so we drove back to the store again, only to be told they "just left." Finally, the day after, we received another email stating: "After carefully reviewing our footage, it has been determined that you did not act according to the listed instructions of the wash by having your hand on the steering wheel, causing it to skip a roller and stop moving, which led to you being pushed by the vehicle behind you. Since Quick Quack or our equipment is not the cause of the collision, we are not responsible for the repair of your vehicle or other damage as a result." We’ve been customers for years and are very familiar with the rules. We know we didn’t violate the rules, and if our hands were on the wheel, it was only after the car slipped, not before, and certainly didn’t cause the accident. Despite requesting to see the footage, their customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, refusing to provide the necessary evidence. This experience has left us questioning the integrity and customer care at Quick Quack Car Wash. We trusted them with our vehicles, but they’ve let us down when it mattered most. We’re now left to consider our options, including escalating the issue further if they continue to refuse to provide the footage.

Best location hands down! I love how clean my truck looks after the wash and the vacuums are awesomeeee! also I just want to shout out all the workers, they’re super helpful and kind. Araceli provided exceptional customer service and Ale helped me get in the wash super quick. Quick car wash, great quality wash, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience!
