I just want to start off by saying how amazing the staff and manager is. They are super professional and passionate on what they do. I went to them when my phone broke originally, fixed it perfectly. Then it broke again (I know my fault.) And they fixed it again for a lower cost! Also when it broke the second time they replaced the front camera part for free! Honestly such an amazing team, and fixed it so quick, under 10 minutes. Then the last time I cracked it, he fixed my sisters and I at a lower cost. Most definitely recommend, they do such a good job!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could!! Superb service! The best all around!! The team at Quick phone fix will exceed your expectations!! They will go above and beyond to earn your business and make certain you leave 110% satisfied! Very knowledgeable, dependable, and trustworthy!! Their repairs are better than factory quality!! So this place WOULD have been 5 stars BUT the owner or someone was extremely rude to my husband. I took my daughter’s phone there about 2 weeks ago, had no issues, in and out in about 20 minutes. Then my husband took his phone there to get fixed. He was explaining to an employee he took it to another repair shop, said he never dropped it after that and thinks his phone has a stress crack, but he wasn’t sure. Someone came rushing out of the back, and started going off on him. I was actually proud of my husband for holding it together as long as he did because this guy was acting ridiculous. They ended up exchanging more words and my husband left, he left a review. Someone replied to his review making totally false comments about my husband using racial slurs, which is absolutely false. Beware of this place. We have 5 kids, all with phones, and they would’ve had a ton of business from us, but the disgusting behavior from the owner has us going somewhere else.

AMAZING SERVICE!! I cracked the back plate of my iPhone 14 Pro Max a while back and I was very upset to learn that Apple charges $550 to replace it! So, I decided to give these guys a try. First off, Dan came out to my work to inspect and pick up my phone, took about 4 hours, and THEN came back to drop off my phone. He even went as far as to replace my screen protector as well as put a camera lens protector for FREE!! Very reasonably priced and amazing service!! I hope I won’t have to replace anything any time soon but if I do I know where I’m going!!

The staff is great they have great customer service . The owner of this establishment is an outstanding member to the community. We had a recent unpleasant experience and he made it his mission to make things right. He has proven to go above and beyond to provide the best customer service.

These guys do phenomenal work, the manager especially. When I told him I didn't understand anything about the phone, he didn't mind sitting with me and explaining any questions I had. Great service and a great team.

changed my iPhone 13 pro screen and back glass here....it took 1 week because it's a original screen from Apple, they scratched the frame of the phone all around while Doing the repairs, looks like a dog chewed on it. I was told the reason it looks like that is because I am rough with my phones, was called a joke for accusing them for the scratches. Let me remind you the owner has been nothing but disrespectful from day 1, 0 respect for his customers or their hard earned money. I was expecting to have a brand new looking phone. Now my phone that I always was kept in case looks like a dogs toy around the edges. Thanks bro! All that talking you do with 0 respect or care for your customers hard earned money. You showed your true colors in the end. God sees everything. Ruining some one's day after they give you hard earned money is never a blessing.
