Forced to take this service. Works when it wants to. Will not renew my lease. Don’t apply with Qual Ridge for mor reasons than forced internet service. Everything is all about the company ripping people off of their hard earned money.
I have been at a Property that uses Quext IOT for the past 8 months and I have to say when I went into this property the system was a mess. The past management company did not properly maintain the system at all. With help from my Quext Representative and the IT team we were able to find out all the issues. When the system is ran properly it is amazing. Thank you so much for amazing service and a wonderful product.
Quext was forced upon residents my current apartment. Terrible product and terrible company. The botched install resulted in a malfunctioning AC for one week and no possible access to my door for a week after that- I had to use locksmith services, for which Quext promised compensation and then didn't follow through.
Quext is the worst internet service that I've ever used.
Unfortunately, my apartment complex made the mistake of signing a contract with them that every tenant is required to pay for their terrible internet service. I have decided that I will not renew my lease because of how terrible their internet has been during my time here.
Please do yourself and your tenants a favor and steer clear of Quext. If you choose Quest, you'll probably have a difficult time keeping tenants beyond their initial lease term because of internet issues.

Quext is really changing the game in tech. As someone who lives in an apartment, it's really refreshing to have a company who thinks about creating solutions for renters. The IoT thermostat is so easy to use and I can use it on my phone!
This company is the worst for internet, save yourself and don’t go with this company. I’ve submitted multiple tickets and they write you one email a day and don’t fix the problems they have going on, my internet has been out since Monday and they’ve been saying they’re resolving the issue and they haven’t done a mfkn thing about it 👎🏼 the worst customer service as well they don’t care for their customers at all!! Internet is spotty half the time the Wi-Fi router doesn't connect to our devices and pick and choose has what devices are connected other half the time the internet doesn't work and there is no support phone number only an email the contact someone and this is not just me saying this other people in our apartment complex say they have the same exact issues so it's not just our router something they are doing does not work and things need to change would not recommend
