Both ladies were very nice!! The first lady made sure I was good before releasing me after she drew my blood and was very funny!! Both ladies were very good! Never enjoyed getting my blood drawn as much as I did that day!!

Location in WFH is very convenient. The iPad check in was quick and easy to use. I was seen before my scheduled appointment. Ebony was my phlebotomist and she was excellent!! She was kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable.

I recently visited Quest Diagnostics on the recommendation of my primary health provider for some lab work, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. Making my appointment online was a breeze, with numerous options available, including some as soon as the very next day. This flexibility made scheduling my visit incredibly convenient. Upon arriving at the Pensacola North location, I had no trouble finding their suite, which was well-marked and easily accessible. The facility had several iPad kiosks for check-in, and the process was streamlined and efficient. Scanning my ID and insurance card took less than a minute, and within about 45 seconds, I was checked in and waiting to be called. I only waited for about four minutes before my name was called, and the efficiency of the process was remarkable. My phlebotomist, Cameron, was phenomenal. His excellent bedside manner and thorough explanations of the procedures were reassuring, especially since I tend to be nervous during blood draws. Cameron was incredibly accommodating when I mentioned that I often faint and do better lying down. He ensured I was comfortable throughout the process and even had a bottle of cold water ready for me afterward. He made sure I felt stable and good enough to stand before helping me out of the suite. In total, my entire visit to Quest Diagnostics lasted no more than 15 minutes. The efficiency and care provided made it one of the best healthcare experiences I've had. While I don't look forward to needing more bloodwork in the future, I am reassured that any subsequent visits will be just as smooth and pleasant. Toni at the Davis Hwy clinic is the warmest person. She is so easy to sit with and puts me at ease during the most challenging moments.

Had an appointment for 8:50, was able to go back by 8:42! Check in was simple and everyone I encountered on my way back was very kind. My test was done by Annette and she was amazing! Very kind through the whole blood test and even started conversation to help during part of it. Overall a very stress free and easy appointment.

I got there early and since no other person was waiting, they took me right away. I was there less than 10 minutes. Everyone was proactive, professional, pleasant, polite. I recommend Quest Diagnostic to anyone at HCA W. Fla. Hospital lab.

The women who did my blood was so kind, patient and friendly. Made the experience 10xs better as I was stressing myself out about the outcome of what the results would be. I wish I would have remembered her name, but I'll never forget her face. :)

I'm not sure if the young man who took my blood was in a bad mood or not, but he said not one thing to me other than 'which arm?' That's fine, as I'm not a huge fan of chitchat, but after he drew blood I saw a urine sample container on the chair and he never gave me instructions that I need to give a urine sample or where to put it when I was done. Also, why do we have to carry urine samples through the hallways where other people are looking? And why can't the staff turn up on time? It would be helpful if you put the check in kiosks in the waiting room so that if you make the effort to be there early, you can get in ahead of others who came after you? Do better, Quest.
