Tried to make appointment online. I chose appointment but it would not confirm. I called. The incompetent system asked me to say and spell my name"for the last time" 9 times then timed out of the appointment making. It apparently cannot make an appointment if you have a last name it doesn't recognize. Complete discrimination. Cannot speak to a person by phone or in the office. I thought AI and robots would be better not a complete incompetent thing that doesn't work like Homer's wood decker at least that actually worked. Pathetic sad. They're is literally in this office yet they don't call a walk in. I'm sitting down in the lobby and I can suddenly feel itching and biting on my legs. Maybe they have bedbugs?!
Horrible patient service. I waited two hours on a Saturday and by 12 o clock they came out to say they were done for the day and No taking any stand by patients. They were Not calling anyone in those two hours unless they had appointments and even then they took their sweet time.
The kiosk system is awful. There is no one to help. I scheduled an appointment, came in, and registered through the awful kiosk. I had a choice to wait inside or outside. There were no seats available in the cramped space so I chose outside. The kiosk verified my phone number to text me when it was my turn. I waited 50 minutes, no text. I kept checking inside. Yes, my name was in the cue, until it wasn't. There was no help around. I knocked on the door and was told they called out my name a while ago. I WAS OUTSIDE, THERE WERE NO SEATS! Where was my text? Why did they shout out my name when there were people outside? I was then lectured while being attended to. Terrible experience.
Tommy, the Phlebotomist, was wonderful! I had to have quite a few viles of blood taken. He was quick, relatively pain free, and I did not receive a bruise!
The check in process is quick and I was called in a couple of minutes before my appointment time for my tests. The facility is clean and convenient to where I live.
So, I show up at least 10 minutes early for the 1st appointment I had scheduled a week earlier. I wait in a long line for "kiosk". So, I get to the kiosk and it asks me to make choices and input information. It asks for my driver's license. So I thumb through my wallet to find it. For some unknown reason the system starts glitchin' out and freezes. I keep pushiing buttons and wonder what is going on. So I hit cancel to start over again. It is now about 1 minute before my appointment. By the time I go through all the hoops again, I then get a message that my name is not found in the system and that I would have to reschedule. It was about 1 minute after my appointment time now. So I start all over, and after going through all the hoops for the third time I am given a message that there are no more appointments for the day. So, I leave. I get back to my office and confirm I did have an appointment at the time and date scheduled. So, I schedule another appointment at a different Quest for the next day. I get there 10 mins early and the exact same procedure happens to me. Except this time when I reschedule I get an appointment. I am wondering, "what the heck?" then it occurs to me that because I the kiosk had not finished entering my data until 1 minute after my scheduled appointment, it must have kicked me out of the system. I though this was a dirty trick, and totally caused by circumstances beyond my control. I crossed the plane of the door a full 10 minutes before my appointment and the system that caused me to be late kicked me out because it caused me to be late. This was really dirty, obviously set up to intentilnally kick people out so that Quest could overbook appointments, assuring they would have a full calendar. Evil and diabolical.
It is ok for adults to come here I guess but other than that don’t bring your kids here they are terrible with kids they are harsh to them and they don’t have the patience for them they will just send you to the hospital after my brother calmed down and the hospital was way nicer and gave him time and answered his questions he allowed them to just take his blood and he’s only 8 years old honestly wish they were a bit more patient with younger kids instead of telling him to hurry up because they had other patients when they had plenty of time to let him calm down and they did not even have that many patients waiting for them they got upset I even brought him in and waisted there time when kids just need a bit more patience anyways not bringing him back to quest I’m just taking him to the hospital where the nurse was way more patient and nicer to him and did not try holding him down we were also in and out faster than at quest.
I have a weekly blood test...when I schedule appointment, I'm in and out in 10/15 mins..And, the phlebotomists ARE GREAT!
In this place, you will wait a long time longer than an hour. If you do not have an appointment definitely don’t recommend choose the other location or anywhere else to do bloodwork
