I know that there appointment patients are priority but geez there waiting for walk in is ridiculous it’s like they only wait for their appointment patients I was waiting for over an hour and nobody was in the waiting room I’m sure they had time for a walk in while waiting for there next appointment . Not even lapcorp waiting for walk in is this long !!.

Getting an appointment is the Only way I would ever use Quest , Staff honored the appoinment and didn't have to wait but a few minutes. The phlebotomist was very good and had a great personality

The lady who attended me was very welcoming and helpful, I would definitely come back she was very nice to my son who is special needs.

The new location is clean and tidy. I'm not a fan of the extra small waiting room though. I also don't like checking in electronically. I much prefer checking in with a real person.

i think they are consistently better than labcorp but not blaming that on line employee staffs. rather more on tech organization of the back office at labcorp

I have never had a long wait or any complaints about the staff. They are always efficient and very pleasant.

The staff is friendly, the place is nice and clean, check-in is easy you can either do it on your phone or in the lobby when you walk in. Jennifer was great, respectful, and compassionate. She was attentive to my needs and answered all my questions. It was super simple to set the appointment online on my phone. Everything went quickly and smoothly. I will definitely be doing all my Labs here.
