The woman who drew my blood was very helpful with all the clients and myself. I am very hard to draw, but she listened to me when I showed her where my vein was and she found it with NO PROBLEM! She was thoughtful of how I was feeling. I give her a thumbs up!

They are very efficient and are actively calling patients, even if you are a walk in, you will be seen in a reasonable time. They are very kind when drawing your blood. I love their customer service 👏

The lady who drew my blood did an awesome job, I bruise easily and this time, I did not bruise at all. I honestly did not even feel the needle going in. She was just so awesome and super nice too

My husband made appointment online they don't do the text option how they supposed to. You check in they give you option to wait in waiting room or wait outside. We waited out side because it was super full, we didn't get text if it weren't for a person walking out in the moment they shouted his name we would have not known. Frustrating!

Frida was very welcoming and calm. I was fortunate enough to have her twice in a row. She very professional and curious. When she drew blood I didn't even realize she was already started it was the best testing experience I've ever had.

"Kevin" was accommodating, and went out of his way to assist me. The other guy, a big rude dude, barked at me about not having a paper copy of my lab order, even though I had the image on my phone. All I needed was an email address to send it to, and Kevin supplied one. Why do you have this big rude dude on your payroll?

Eddie is an excellent employee. He is very helpful,knowledgeable kind and sweet.He always have a smile on his face .Love him .Please acknowledge him for his hard work. I went to the quest office on hawkeye in turlock April 15th,2024 please go there every one is very nice and fast.

It is so difficult to make an appointment for a normal test. You can’t call the place. My husband just came from 777 Hawkeye, Turlock and there was no one in the waiting room and it said he would have to wait 2 hours to get his blood test. WHY?
