I must say it's important to have an appt. Instead of a walk.in. I felt everything was dynamic during the afternoon on 4/26. Although they may have been busy and a little behind time, the service was exceptional. Everything was orderly, and the staff was amazingly pleasant. Walk-ins tend to lose patience, but it's not the staff issue.

I do not recommend coming here. The man who took my blood COULD NOT find my vein and still stuck a needle in me. With each tube of taking my blood he kept pushing the needle deeper and deeper. I go to a medical/dental school and they indeed said he had no idea of what he was doing. I left with a stiff arm and in harsh pain for 3 days. From August 7 to August 12 I am still bruised badly.

the technician was extremely rude. I asked him to send a copy of each test to each doctor (2 different ordering doctors had separate scripts). He said it was too much work and to do it myself. "What do you want from me lady" was his reply. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and she asked if I have the Quest app and I said yes - and she said to do it myself again, why could they not send the results to each doctor? I had a biopsy recently at a different facility and there was no problem. Generally, the staff at the Howard Beach location is very indifferent and rude. "

The tech that serviced me seemed very inexperienced. He stuck me with the needle 3 times and didn't get my blood. After sticking the needle in my vein he kept moving the needle around under my skin and still couldnt draw blood. It was very painful. I made him stop and asked for another tech. The 2nd person was then able to get my blood with one stick. I left there with a total of 4 needle sticks and a vein that swole up under my skin like a marble and ended up with black and blue bruises all over. Terrible experience.

Would definitely recommend Quest for all diagnostic needs. The staff at the Lindenwood location are so pleasant and informative. Everything is so easy from making the appointment online to checking in. I never wait more than 5 minutes after checking in.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I have a medical condition that inhibits my ability to urinate, and I was made to feel like a criminal. They will now mark me as a “refusal”, likely costing me my chance at job. Even though I made the appointment (it was not mandated) and could have picked any date other than today, so no reason for stalling. I am considering seeking legal counsel over this I am so upset
