I've never seen such rude and unprofessional staff like they have here. We just got yelled at for staying an hour past check out and were told not to come back. I mean, other hotels give late check out and I sent my friend to ask for one because their phone wasn't working but it was turned down. And the staff member or manager came bursting thru the door eyeballing us and practically screaming loudly so everyone could hear to get out. She said we were taking our sweet time. I got into an argument with her and we were clearly still packing but she stood by the door like we were some criminal stealing her time. I mean, I felt like I was being thrown out like trash. That's the kind of customer service we got here. On top of that, I took a freezing cold shower because the temperature kept getting colder, even after I turned the knob all the way to hot and there was no hot shower. To get yelled at after that distress was not what I paid for as also the cleaning crew kept opening our door half an hour before check out time and seeing me half dressed. And there was a remote control that you could not control the TV with. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to use the TV and later found out the remote control was useless. The room is fairly nice but with rude management, a dirty cleaning crew, a useless remote control, and a very cold shower to start my day like that, not to mention I paid full price, I definitely don't recommend this place and won't be coming back! In fact, if this is what I paid for, I'm going to seek some type of remedy like a refund from their corporate or consumer protection because this is not the type of service to expect from a false pretense establishment such as this hotel pretending to be a wannabe 3 star hotel with elegant rooms in its descriptions and pictures and cannot accept late checkout from GUESTS. This is false advertising!

If it wasn't for the closeness to Disney and the convention center, I would have requested a different hotel after arriving. The lobby area to check in is nice and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. However, we had several issues with our rooms. One room, the fridge didn't work (they already had to move rooms when they first got in because of a/c issues). Our room, lamp broken - completely unusable, door had several issues getting stuck, toilet chain to flush was broken & poorly rigged - had to fix it several times throughout the week we were there, toilet paper holder broken from the wall but housekeeping kept just putting it back in the wall like it wouldn't be noticed. Beds also felt like you were sleeping on plywood. Proximity was great but price wasn't even that great to overlook all the other issues.

Positive: It was clean. The staff was pleasant when I interacted with them. It?s close to Disneyland. It was, for the area, cheap. Negative: There was a lot of disrepair. They spackled over tears in wallpaper, the bathroom door handle had been repaired and was breaking again. There was a lot of space around the edges of the door not sealed and would allow in any type of bug, small rodent

This is a decent no frills place to stay close to disneyland. I have stayed here multiple times and never had any issues. Its always clean and my mice and nephew like the small pool area

I’d say this place is a good alternative if you’re only planning to spend a few nights, but no more than that. It’s good for the price and its proximity to Disneyland. The rooms were decent and clean which was a surprise, b/c w/ cheaper motels you’d expect lower quality. The cons were that the beds were uncomfortable, the TV didn’t work, and they could have provided us w/ a few more amenities such as extra motel soap and ESPECIALLY extra toilet paper. We stayed two nights so were able to manage w/ one roll, I’m sure if we’d asked they would’ve given us some, but you’d expect a motel to at least provide at least one extra. Aside from the toilet paper, I think the biggest con was the hot water for the shower. When I first used it, the water temp kept going from hot to cold even when I had the handle all the way on hot. Then the next day, I couldn’t even take a shower b/c the hot water wasn’t working. This motel provides you w/ the bare minimum. It’s okay for a short while, but I’d recommend a holiday inn or another motel to stay in if you plan to stay a week or more.

This is the best kept secret in Anaheim if you like to hang onto your money. I stayed there twice recently and staff were very professional and polite, rooms were clean. This is as nice as more expensive places. Will stay again for sure.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had staying at a hotel. We booked two rooms together, ended up getting one renovated room and one unrenovated room. The unrenovated room was one of the most disgusting places I have ever been in my entire life. I found used earplugs in the chair that sits in the corner of the room. The water pressure and shower head were disgusting. There were stains all over the carpet. One of the beds was broken to the point that if you sat on the corner the bed would tilt. The refrigerator was not on upon arrival and needed to be adjusted before you could even plug it in. On top of all this, I complained to two different people at the desk and was met with nothing but indifference. They did not care to offer a single solution to any of my problems. They were just okay with me staying in the filth bucket they run. Wouldn't recommend this hotel as a holding cell for criminals. Disgusting place.

Room reeked of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room, as an asmathic I 100% hated that. Beds are uncomfortable, and honestly, we all started itching (wondering if it's the dust mites or the detergent they use for the sheets). The service was great. The guy at the counter is super helpful and friendly, but I wouldn't be back. I think this place has great potential. It's a budget hotel, and we had not planned to stay in the city, so this was our first option. Don't be like us, and plan ahead. ✌️

My husband and I stayed at this resort for our 15th anniversary this past weekend for the very first time. We booked a regular room over looking downtown Disney. The room was nice and very clean! On our first night we were startled awake around 2:30a

I was in town for a conference and did a drop in. The instructor (Josh) did a great job of educating and walking us through the movements. We did a dedicated strength day and worked on our deadlift form which was much needed. I really appreciated the
