Clean, comfortable, spacious room with a King bed. Everything worked, including good wi-fi. Having parking available is an incredible plus for those of us who are driving. Very safe, interesting neighborhood, with a wide variety of restaurants and the Woodside metro within a 15 minute walk. An amazing value for NYC.||The check-in/check-out process here is unbelievable, and not in a good way. It took at least ten minutes per person to check in each of the two parties that were waiting when I arrived, and another 10 for me. The amount of paper shuffling is incredible! They tell you up front to allow 15 minutes for checkout, and they mean it. Hard to understand.||The other thing was "breakfast". Toast with jelly (no butter), ramen noodles, milk, juice and hot water. And fruit loops. The other things in the photos: fruit, hardboiled eggs, steamed buns...none of it was there when we stayed there. If they actually advertised breakfast, I'd drop them another point for this, but they don't. Still, they ought to get rid of the if this photo if this the best they can do.
The staff were all nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was spacious as I had to share it with my bestie. The bathroom door handle was loose, so the door did not close properly. The water was wonderfully hot, though, and the bathroom itself was clean. Take heed when it says the WiFi is unsecured as both my friend and I had multiple attempts made to access our email accounts. Parking left something to be desired, as it was through a narrow entryway that the vehicle barely fit. But at least there was parking that wasn’t on the street, so I’ll give them that.
I had a pleasant stay. I was surprised initially by the price. The room was even more surprising. It was very clean, included somewhat of a kitchen, and the bathroom was spotless. The bed was huge. TV was on the smaller side. I would give 5 stars if I could figure out how to get the shower to work. I took a bath because the shower was just impossible to figure out. If there was a shower. Overall, I got my monies worth, and the trip was great.
The rooms were very small. I would not stay there. Dirty towels , the place seems like where you take a lady of the night. I quickly checked out of that place.
We missed our international flight and started to call every hotel around JFK area in order to find a place to stay for the remaining night. Most of the hotels were either booked out or too expensive. Fortunately this hotel still has room, not great but enough for our family of 4 to stay. The service is excellent! Most importantly, the prices are very affordable compared to other hotels in NYC. Will definitely check this hotel next time when I need to find a room in NYC.
Very nice experience. The hotel is well managed. Room was spacious and clean. The staff is very nice and helping. They offer complimentary breakfast as well. Happy to recommend.
Hello all,
I am writing this review as I was not happy with service provided and the status of my room. During my stay I booked ahead on Expedia. I checked in early but they charged a fee of 30 to check in 3 hours before. We going in they told us we were on the first floor which was not safe at all as people were sitting up against my window and it was not a safe area/location. When in the room it looked like there was water damage or a fire or BOTH. The walls looked burnt and there was black ash everywhere!!!!! The paint was falling off the wall from moisture. Also there was a sprinkler exposed on the ceiling with black mold around it. Due to this I am not so sick!!!! My bathroom had no toilet paper holder either. The staff was nice, but confused why they charged us $100 damage deposit as if I could make the room any worse. Also due to being on the first floor we heard every noise and sound the front desk person made all night. Luckily we also had to sleep for 4 hours or else I would have left.
Room was alright. Hallway had a smoking smell. Decent hotel service, housekeeping came everyday. Location was also nice as bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
The cleanest butcher in Queens along with the nicest kindest people. My wife has been coming here for ten years. This is the place we go for the best meat to dry and make our own jerky, my wife is from Bhutan and dried meat is a must have to cook wit
Went here twice and the drinks were amazing!! Refreshingly sweet, enough tables to grab for work, nice place to hang out too.
Staff were friendly. Clean bathroom. I havenât tried their food menu yet but next time i will.
Food was fresh and just like home made cooking. The staff was friendly and like any good Filipino place felt like talking to family.
Will definitely stop in again next time I am in the city. The Place is busy but the wait is not long. Great for group
An oasis in our community. Recently had a large renovation done. The dog run isn't very good though, but at least they added stairs. However, any night you might find a bunch of dogs and their owners playing off leash on the big hill. They all seem
