Not impressed. The injera bread was sitting in bags in the sitting area. It didn’t appear that it was prepared fresh. We tried the vegetarian sampler platter with a few meat dishes. We ordered beef, lamb and chicken, but only were served beef and chicken. When we pointed this out the server acted put out and argued that we were served lamb. I would think that they would’ve been happy that we were ordering more food. The flavor was okay, but nothing like we’ve had at other places.

"An absolute culinary delight! The food here is a symphony of flavors that left my taste buds dancing with joy. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance was the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!"

I love this little hidden gem. The food is good and they always have tej, the Ethiopian honey wine. I’m vegan so a good veggie combo and sambusa makes me happy. Like most Ethiopian places those with dietary restrictions of meat or dairy can find something good to eat. The prices are decent and the atmosphere feels authentic though casual. The service is friendly enough and they don’t hover so you get to enjoy your meal in peace.

A welcoming little slice of life very close to what you’d expect in Addis Ababa: Ethiopians linger here to dine, make business deals, drink rich dark coffee in demi-tasse cups, watch their soccer teams on the flat screen, exchange bits of ET gossip over shots of honey wine: “tej.” Plates are very pleasing, perhaps doro wot is where you might begin. Chicken in a spicy sauce, surrounded by heaps of tasty lentils, greens, perhaps a hard boiled egg (optional) to be shared with your table mates. Injera, a flat bread, something like a tortilla, but made more like a pancake & made by hand from millet flour is served with every dish . You don’t need table ware. Injera is meant to be scooped through your dish, picking up the delicious flavors of the beef, lamb, chicken or fish entrees. There are plenty of vegetarian options, as well. As a cultural norm, the first scoop with sauce is fed to your loved one or your friend. By you. It’s a kind & wise tradition. Take care of others. Pay it forward.

Food was average compared to other Ethiopian restaurants around town. Service was pretty bad even with there being only a few customers. Waitress was rude and acted like she didn’t want to serve us. Price was ok for quantity of food but food also tasted not fresh.

So so delicious! I have had the best Ethiopian food in The Bay Area and San Diego and now Queen of Sheba! Our family had the Vegan combo, lamb tibs, chicken, shiro, and gomen, it was all delicious! And the server was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely go back when we are in the LA area.

Omg, the food was amazing! Decent pricing on your meals and you get so much food, I couldn’t even finish it lol! Also, the atmosphere is nothing like I ever experienced! It’s very relaxing so if you need a stress reliever, come to this place!!!

This food was so delicious. I am so happy I decided on this restaurant for my first experience with Ethiopian cuisine. The food was delicious. We ordered the vegetarian plate and lamb. The waitress was so nice an patient with me since this was my first time and I had kids with me. I highly recommend this restaurant for great food and awesome service.
