I rented a 3bdrm 2 full bath duplex from queen city kitchenettes for $650 a month. I really enjoyed living there and the area was great. Brenda that works in the office is wonderful. She is compassionate and very easy to get along with. I would have stayed but I needed a bigger place. They do have other properties that you can rent. I give this place 2 thumbs up.
They are definitely scam artist. Make sure you inspect room with the low life's that run the place or get ripped off. Taking advantage of people is their forte'. Better choice would be under a bridge.
The place is nice and all, but the staff there, are absolutely horrible people .They are rude, and nasty horrible mannered people . They don't have any regards to social committee whatsoever. But other than that, the rooms are decent. And they are definitely, definitely, definitely, scan artists .
Just needed a good place to live and this place wanted over$399.00 a week for rent for a studio with no stove or refrigerator or microwave. If you seen what I saw you would feel the same as I do. Found a 100% better place! Don't let the outside looks fool you!
The rooms were okay, along with the cleanliness. Just moderate. The staff there, however, horrid horrid people. Extremely nasty and rude. Rip you off of your money, and are very impatient and pushy people.
Been staying a few months and have not had any issues place is clean and know one bugs me geart for the price I pay. If u want a nice place check this place out
Brenda is the most amazing person in the world, she is beautiful inside and out, she works by herself and still does a great job to please everybody.

THEY WILL TAKE $430 OF YOUR DOLLARS FOR A WEEKS STAY AND THE NEXT DAY THEY WILL INVADE YOUR PRIVACY BY ENTERING YOUR ROOM WHILE YOU ARE GONE AND WHEN YOU RETURN THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE EVICTED BECAUSE YOU DAMAGED SOMETHING IN THE ROOM THAT WAS ALREADY DAMAGED, WHEN YOU TRY TO DISPUTE THE MATTER THEY WILL GET THE POLICE INVOLVED! IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE YOU WILL GET GOING THROUGH THIS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
