Qualitylawn care/home remodwling - Motel in Mesquite - 4405 US-80, USA

This is an exact example of a D-rated motel. The old saying, You get what you pay for, certainly applies! Then even the low price didn't excite me. It was dirty. Needed swept mopped and vacuumed, the dress or drawers need vacuuming out, and broken blinds in the bathroom. Not an ice machine on the property. The mattresses had plastic covers on them I pulled back the sheets that were old as I am 🤣 So I only stopped in to say hello to a friend and the apartment mgmt came alive and inspecting I went! In all fairness, the private owner could get a light rehab for $1,000 easily. Then I would hit that curb appeal, resurface the parking lot in spring and put an ice machine in the office. Coke machine etc. Then raise the rental fee to pay off the room debt with what $10 a night, not a bad deal even with the up charge. Good luck and God bless🙂🇺🇲✌️🦅

First off it's a cheap motel you sleep then leave. I was here 3 nights the first two night was fine no complaints. The third night they had to switch me to a different room for what ever reason. Got to the new room checked around didn't see anything. Went and got something to eat came back and saw eight roaches in eight different areas. Call the front a guy came over to check out the room there was a roach crawling from the mirror on the wall he killed it with his hand like nothing. He did a quick 360 and said "I'm not going to refund you for 1 bug. The bug was by your things how do I know it didn't come from your stuff?" Then he had the nerve to say " All your stuff is picked up like you were ready to leave now you want a refund" My things were packed because you switched my rooms. He was very rude and disrespectful. While I was packing up my car he said 3 times "I'm going to call all my buddies at the other motels so they can't check in". Are you serious? Very bad service.

The rooms are very affordable. The rooms are good for the price you pay. It's safer than the other Motels in this area. It's quite and I've stayed here several times and never had any problems.

First of all the lady that checked me in was very rude. The tub was stopped up. Their was roaches. The Sheets were Disgusting. The towels were disgusting. Also I left my boots on accident and called a couple hours later to ask if I could come and get them and the employee cussed me and said that they are not responsible for for what got left in the room that they gave my boots away. I recommend nobody stay at this place

It is better than most for the type of motel it is. I. Just left one downtown that was much dirtier, smaller, and just generally overpriced. This one is at least clean and $35 cheaper a week. So far it's ok the people who run it are a bit rude. They act like they are doing me a favor unless I'm handing over ca$h. They got spectrum cable, refrigerator, microwave and actually clean the rooms.

I was trying to do a favor for a person whom I knew was in need. All they wanted was a hot shower. This motel by FAR does NOT have a standard when it comes to occupants. The guy at the front desk was VERY rude and would not even allow me to stay there with them while they took a shower because they had no id. I don’t care what the “policy” is, I have seen the occupants and I can guarantee a BUNCH of policies are being broken. Along with drugs being sold etc. I feel like like they should just shut this dump down. It would probably be saving lives if they did!!

Nice place to stay friendly and understanding staff but the line about weekly rates is bs. If you're renting by the day it's $42.50 in the daytime and evening $40. The weakly rate is $180. I am not sure about the 3 day special though. Other than that it is a awesome place to stay for a night.

called to get a room, and the man wouldn't give me one because he said my baby couldn't sleep in a separate bed. then he just hung up on me. Also was told the smaller rooms for 48 a night have no fridge and no microwave. 210 weekly rate, 230 for the larger room with a full bed. :( people are just rude af.
