We stayed at the Quality Suites in Jeffersonville,IN. I was visiting my grandchildren in Clarksville at the time and we were in room #112 for handicap people such as myself! There was no shower chair to sit on. We hadn’t even gotten to take a shower yet and the water leaked from an upstairs room into our shower making our whole floor wet! There was mold on the tile where I reckon’ from that upstairs shower leaking into our shower! We PAID FOR 2 NIGHTS, and only stayed one! We left before our second night! Prolly aren’t going to get reimbursed for there was never anyone at the front desk to ask any questions! The phone at front rest was ringing off the hook, deplorable place to stay! Would NOT RECOMMEND YOUR HOTEL TO A DOG! Keep our money for the night we didn’t stay! I’m sure you are going to anyways!
My husband is also a 2 time war veteran and because we’re booked through a third party he couldn’t even get a discount which is definitely needed at this place for sure! Highly disappointed!
And another thing the hotel smelled of drugs! I know for I’ma recovering drug addict of 20 yrs! Nasty nasty nasty!
Wish I had read the reviews first.
Hotel was poor quality. Broken lamps, sofa bed broken, door lock broken, elevate had no safety info or inspection certificate. Only hot item for breakfast was waffles or white toast. Will not be back😞
Staff and manager more than accommodating must be used to "issues"
Bigger than average rooms, decent view, good lighting, breakfast, but the bathrooms don't have any towel holders. Great place for this place
We had two rooms and they were both very dirty, had mold on the walls, broken plugs, a torn bed spread, the deadbolt was broken off the walls.
The room looked dirty, the carpet had stains. But what really got me off was that there were bugs in the room. I killed about 7-8 of them all around the room. 2 jumped on the bed while I was preparing to go to bed and then I decided to change my room which was around midnight. The staff was helpful and gave me a new room and also asked me to take a look at the new room before moving. It looked fine initially but the same thing started again. Another set of bugs and the killings continued. I had booked 2 nights initially but checked out early and the staff cooperated with the early checkout. Breakfast was Continental and had very few options.
Don’t stay here. This hotel was disgusting. When we arrived to our room not only were the floors stained and gross, they were WET. We stayed in a two bed room and only one of the mattresses had a mattress cover on it and the “fitted” sheets were loose and it left the mattress (with no mattress cover) exposed. The pillows were so discolored. The carpet was falling away from the wall at the seams. The AC barely worked. The bathroom was the only surprisingly clean part about the room.
For breakfast there wasn’t much, but I expected that. We had waffles which were fine but I was hesitant to eat them because of the cleanliness of everything. The coffee dispensers looked like they had never been cleaned on the outside so I can only imagine how gross they were on the inside.
Spend a little extra and go elsewhere.
The hotel had a stale odor throughout lights in our room did not work black mold behind pealing wallpaper human feces behind the toilet items left from previous tenants and when informing the manager he said just because "it was not our standard doesn't mean it isn't someone else's"
One of the best hotels in the area.. we are in town for a convention.. rooms are clean and spacious
The staff was helpful, the room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the walk on the bridge/park was refreshing. But the most wonderful and surprising part of my stay in this hotel was; the windows were not locked up! I was able to crack the wind
Not just a tour, but an experience! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and warmly greeted by Christian and Beverly who provided an abundance of knowledge about the home and its rich history; truly a blessing! Although the museum is heavy
What a great place to visit. I've been telling everyone. Next time I go I will take my bike. The view off the bridge was breathtaking. So much to see. Everyone was having a great time. Lots of nice places to eat in the area.
This is a wonderful park tucked back up in the Crystal Springs subdivision in Jeff as you can see in the photos. Ample parking, huge open fields for kites or pick games of football or soccer, paved jogging/walking track. Benches and boulders are set
Ramiro's Cantina! What can I say. 4 years ago when I went to the Kentucky State Fare that was the first time I had Ramiro's Tacos. I was told that they smoke their brisket for hours to perfection in house. Last night I got to witness it for my self i
Will definitely be back! We ordered the hibachi plates. My husband ordered the steak and chicken. I ordered the chicken and shrimp and they were excellent! The Fried Dumplings were crave worthy for sure, and the Crab Rangoon, excellent!
We will defin
