Quality Suites - Hotel in Graham - 769 Woody Dr, USA

I reserved and paid for the room with a debit card. I was told I would be charged 50 deposit, which I was fine with. I have been charged 257.54 twice now instead for the deposit. The second time was 3 days after I checked out. I have called twice waiting on manager and have not gotten a call back. The room was dirty the tub did not drain. The drain stopper was sitting on the side of the shower. Now fraudulent charges. I would never recommend this hotel.

I picked this place because it was close to where I was going and allowed me dogs. With the dog fees it cost me almost 200 for one night here. The things in the hotel were dated and dirty. The place in general was dirty. I’m also had to tell the kids no pool to swim in because it was closed. We stayed August 2024 and the pool was closed and suppose to open July 2023. It was not disclosed to us at all we went to the pool and saw this. We went there for the pool and dogs allowed. The front desk girl was rude. I would avoid this place at all costs. One lady said there was mold in her room and she had cold symptoms all of the sudden I over heard her tell staff and they said there is no mold and oh well basically.

We had to pick a hotel last minute that was pet friendly and affordable. This hotel was great! The room was great and the bed was comfortable. They had a pretty good breakfast and everyone working there were really nice. Will stay here again if we ever come back into town.

Just spent two night at quality suites in graham, NC and was very disappointed in the up keep of location. I could not find the quality or the suites of it to fit the price. The pool and hot tub out of order. Stayed in a wheelchair accessible room with walk in shower. The carpet was old thick carpet half way through hallway and in room which make for pushing your chair around difficult. The couch looks like the picked up on side of road with worn out arm rest and a cushion cover over the old ones. The shower was nice to have roll in and fold down bench, but the shower head was leaking from connectors and the hose was a supply line and not a handheld shower head hose. Had two old adjustable shower head rails but where broken ones left in place. Had issues with my allergies in middle of first night and had to wake to take meds. Next left and had no issues all day only to return late that night and had same issue next night. Went to adjust ac and discovered that the blackout curtains appear to be covered in mold or mildew or something that I have a felling that may have been setting off my allergies with the air blowing over it. The full breakfast was good for the place. When went to leave dropped to drop key off and was going leave to tell attendant but she acted as if she did not want to speak.

Nestled in the art of cute little city in North Carolina we say the night here on the first floor. Most of the time in many hotels the first floor has extremely high ceilings and this one had really high ceilings. We were comfortable and had a nice warm bed to sleep in company made at that. Thank you Quality Suites, you guys always represent well!

A family member traveled to NC to visit me and booked this hotel for a 3 night stay. She didn't stay one night after checking in and going into the room. The room smelled of body odor and cologne. The couch was completely broken, dirty, and ripped up. There were roaches running around on the floor. After several calls to corporate and a second visit back to the hotel, she was finally refunded. Do not book your stay at this hotel.

My family and I got 3 rooms all on the 3rd floor, 1 room smelled horrible and air barely worked other 2 were fine for AC. The TVs were all different we could only get 6 channels and next room had plenty. THE POOL IS CLOSED INDEFINITELY. Washer & Dryer were also unavailable. Hotel needs to be closed, cleaned and remodeled. Also ROACHES......Smelled weed everywhere which isn't really the hotels fault but still takes away from the stay. We won't be back.

Positive: Nothing. Staff was horrible and rude, breakfast served was disgusting and we paid for a room with a spa in the room, nothing. pool acess and the pool and hot tub was drained. Negative: everything. Cigarette burns on sheets and blankets, stains and mold on curtains. Bugs on floor.
