Quality Lodge - Lodge in Sandusky - 2218 Cleveland Rd W, USA

The owners/staff went out of their way to get me into a room early after my very long train trip from Florida. The quaint and cozy property had everything I needed including an in-room microwave and mini-fridge, fresh potted plants everywhere were a ni e touch, and the price could not be beat, I definitely will be staying here again in my travels, they definitely have the best staff in my history of ever!

Great little place to stay. Staff was amazing, simple check in and check out. Room was very clean and comfy. We planned to check in later in the day due to Cedar Point trip but got rained out so checked in earlier than planned. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Had a very bad downpour that flooded the parking lot which resulted in a little bit of water leaking into our room. We immediately called the office to inform them and see what we should do. They were super nice and offered us a different room but we decided to stay in the one we booked. Was very pleased with the calmness as the office handled the situations as us girls were freaking out a little. Once the rain died down everything was good. Slept very well. Is very quiet and comfortable place to stay. I really want to thank the staff for being so welcoming for our visit. Definitely felt like home. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

It was clean and pretty comfortable. Right down the road from Cedar Point. Would stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times when we’ve visited Cedar Point over the years. It’s nothing fancy, but really after a day at Cedar Point, if you just want a place to sleep, this is a good choice. Very close to the park, low rates, super clean rooms and well-kept property. Some of the furniture in the room was a bit worn, but otherwise a really nice place to stay.

The room was to be expected based on available information online, definitely a 2/5 stay. The staff however is amazingly delightful! 5/5 I would stay again just because they were so kind! Not only did they let me check in several hours early, they went out of their way to accommodate my early arrival even though the room wasn’t technically ready (they stopped what they were doing to move into my room to finish sooner). Not sure why the doors have a deadbolt but no deadbolt hole… like an idiot it took me several tries before I realized why I couldn’t bolt the door.

Inexpensive place to stay right near Cedar Point and they even have a nice outdoor pool. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend for a place to stay as a simple home base while in Sandusky.

Stayed here 3 times this summer (2023). Great option if you want to be close to CP, have a clean, simple room, and not pay high Sandusky hotel prices. Good value for what you pay. Nice to take a break in your room during a long day at CP. This hotel is family owned & operated, they are so friendly and accommodating.

This place is clean, affordable and a worthy crash site for a day at Cedar Point. 4 stars for being cheap, not a dump and close to CP. Only thing keeping it from being 5 stars were the mattresses and spotty wifi. Spotty wifi is forgivable at a roadside motel, but don't come expecting to stream anything hassle free (Verizon 5G was bad here too). Our mattresses were hard, but also varied between beds in the same room. You may have better luck in another room than room #23. Would still stay again.
