Quality Inn - Hotel in Foristell - 12 Highway W, USA

The customer service was 10 star. I was very happy on how they treated us that gentleman that is the owner to the place or if it was a manager, I don’t know, but they were top-notch. They came and talk to me and my family. They made us feel very comfortable. They made it very convenient for animals, especially when I was trying to find a place to go. It was twice went to the same company and the other one that we went to was the same exact thing very very commentating very very pleasant so I’m saying yes 1010 1010.

Absolute garbage. The bathroom door of a "newly remodeled" hotel hits the toilet when you're opening it. There are outlets without covers on them, and the hotel staff would rather report you for having food in your room than simply ask you if you've been cooking in the room. To explain the last part, I was reported for cooking in our room the second day of our stay. I spoke to the staff, and was informed that I could cook outside. So, I began using an extension cord to do my cooking outside. After a month (with 6 other rooms rented for the whole month) I was reported again for cooking in the room. Even though there are cameras that can show that I've taken everything outside to cook. Some of the staff have seen us outside cooking, and they were the ones who gave permission. After pointing out that they can check the cameras to verify that the cooking was being done outside, I was told we need to eat our food outside as well. Because they are newly remodeled rooms and that I cannot clean my dishes because they are worried about drains being clogged. 18,000 a month for our crew of 6 and you are told to eat outside because the rooms are new. Completely ridiculous

This hotel has new owners, and they were in the process of renovating when we stayed. They still have a ways to go, but the new rooms are terrific! And the considerate service that they offered was wonderful! They are close enough to the St. Louis area to be convenient, but far enough out to not be in the heart of the busy city. I would recommend giving them a try!

Simple, very clean, comfortable remodeled hotel. Decent breakfast. Someone put some very thoughtful care and work into this place. I will stay again on my next road trip. Thank you!

The hotel looked newly renovated. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The employees were amazing. Breakfast was good.

Sufficient for our needs but definitely nothing special; lacking some of the basic amenities (blow dryer, hangers), no one was ever at the front desk or answered the front desk phone. Major renovations are still going on and a sign directed us to use the back door and stairs. This whole area was cluttered with construction materials and debris, including empty alcohol cans and bottles, which was much more hazardous than going thru the front doors where they were replacing carpet. The hotel is sandwiched between two truck stops and is directly off the expressway, none of which bothered us at all. Blackout curtains and AC were very effective. I usually take a walk when I'm at a hotel -- because of where it's situated this is virtually impossible, too dangerous. Staff were very friendly when we saw them.

Stayed here in 2018 and vowed I would never go back. After reading some good reviews and learning of a change in ownership I gave it a try. They have obviously put a lot of work into cleaning it up and bringing it up to date. I would definitely stay here again.

I drive a daycab semi and needed a room for the night. This location has an excellent truck parking area. They are located next to the TA and across the street from the Mr Fuel truckstops. Staff is very friendly and they have several breakfast choices including both hot and cold items. Bed was comfortable.
