Quality Inn - Hotel in Beloit - 2786 Milwaukee Rd, USA

Stayed here June 2024. Have stayed here several times but this was the first time we were put up on the second floor. Discovered they do not have an elevator. Approximately 16 steps to second floor. Not easy when carrying heavy luggage or a cooler. My review is similar to previous reviews: Refrigerator was good size. Microwave was small but it worked. Bathroom was very small but had a big vanity which I like for putting out all my things. Breakfast wasn't the greatest but okay. Eggs were fake. They had sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, danish, juice, water and coffee. No fruit. The bed was very comfortable and pillows also. Sheets clean and fairly new. Staff was very friendly! Right across the street from this hotel and down the road a bit is anything you would need from Walmart, Menards, Dunkin Donuts, Buffalo wild wings, Arbys, McDonalds, Applebees, Culvers, etc. I would stay here again.

My stay at Quality Inn was great! The staff was friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. Traditional breakfast buffet. Appreciate for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The service desk treated my mother with extreme disrespect. They accused her of not calling ahead and then aggressively threatened us with a smoking charge, despite us having no intention of smoking. To top it off, the rooms had a strong mildew odor. When we brought these concerns to the manager, he dismissively offered only a refund, which wasn't our desired solution, especially considering all hotels (including this one) in the area were fully booked. I don't suggest anyone to stay here.

I had called twice customer service and they don’t understand the meaning of a pleasant stay. Requested 3 pillows and plenty sure the hotel isn’t sold out on a Sunday night since parking lot was pretty much empty. So if you don’t have any pillows displaying or on storage. You can always put a room under maintenance or put a note for housekeeping to replace them in the morning. Night shift employees do not have customer service certification to give solution to a customer. No manager on duty but perhaps after tonight 4am by the way. Choice hotel should definitely check if this location deserve to keep flag that does not represent the company as it should

For 130 bucks a night to grab a few hours sleep on a bussiness trip then i should be able to go to my room and fall asleep....NO....the smell of cat urine was so strong it made my eyes water!!!! RIDICULIOUS!!!! Wont be back!!!! I love animals but dont charge that price with that smell!!

Pros: quiet, clean bed sheets and towels, decent hot breakfast. Cons: outdated decor in rooms, peeling paint on the walls and ceiling, holes in the walls, splatters of mystery liquid (including blood and boogers) on the walls, found some roach poop stuck to the bottom of my sock. A low-budget, below-average hotel at best, not what we were expecting.

Positive: Very nice and friendly staff. We went swimming and they came in and made sure the water temperature was good. I'd come back again. Negative: When we signed up on the app, it didn't tell us there were 2 different upfront things we had to pay for. I'm glad I had the money for it. Negative: ""

The room smelled like mew dew , we had to go buy many candles and air fresheners, they tried to keep my deposit. The poll was freezing .
