I booked a room here for my cousin via Choice hotels. A suite for $391 (3 nights). I placed her name on the reservation. Upon arrival there was no suites available. That was fine, they were able to accommodate them in a double room instead. Covering my butt, I decided to check the rate of the room they were accommodated in. It was $342. I took a screenshot just in case there were billing issues later. When they did check out, a few days later I was charged the full rate for the suite. I disputed this with the hotel and they came back with acquisitions that the room sheets were stained and refused to honor the rate for the downgraded room, instead saying the charge for the suite stood. When I called the manager Nick, he tried to back peddle and say that the suite was in fact available when my cousin arrived, but it was under my reservation, which I know is not the case because I talked to the property when my cousin arrived and told them that this reservation was in fact for her, pointing to her name being listed on it. Fact is, the room reserved wasn't physically available because they overbook (which was fine), but what is not fine is the lower downgraded rate was not honored. Just based on that, I would not recommend staying here. I have used Choice hotels for years for work travel, but after this and a few other instances in 2023, I am happy I made the switch to Marriot brands.

Very convenient location just off 20 only 20 min drive from Toyota Amphitheater. Just your basic hotel, small pool, Continental breakfast included, but what sets this apart from other inexpensive chains in the area is the staff, who are all friendly, hardworking, and take pride in making their hotel and your stay the best possible experience.
Seriously BEST HOTEL EVER!!! the hotel is super clean white granite countertops in every room. Did I say the hotel is very clean! They require $100 deposit but I recommend you pay in cash. The breakfast is amazing. It’s hot waffles. Muffins, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, and juice but everything is extremely clean. Well kept the house. Keepers are really nice. And very helpful. They run the place very well Nick and Chris and the guy at the front with vitiligo are super kind. They will do just about anything to help anyone. The hotel is quiet in the pool is super clean. I recommend this hotel above all others. If you book on the actual comfort suits in website, you can collect points and actually get a pretty good deal. For a room with two double beds, it’s anywhere from $97 during the week to Maxx 130 on the weekends. It’s worth every single penny. I don’t know what the cost is for a single bed, but I know it’s less. All the other hotels in the area will charge you about the same exact price within five to $10 and they are not as clean and luxurious. A lot of the other hotels around here are dirty.
Staff was fantastic. Service was fantastic. Each room was clean. We were evacuated from a fire at home and staying at Quality Inn on 4th of July. The people/Staff helped us get through it.
So let me give you a disclaimer. I have not stayed there. I do maintenances on their heating and air. But everybody there is very friendly. The rooms are clean and the building itself is kept clean. They have a breakfast area, and they do have a waffle Maker ,muffins, cereal some pastries and different kinds of bread. And they do keep up with their heating and air. Trying to keep their guest comfortable. And they have a pool that looks very clean. It's located by a mall, multiple food places and a ice cream parlor across the street. All within walking distance.
