Quality Inn - Hotel in Parsons - 1807 Harding Dr, USA

Ratings online can be detrimental to a business! We are on a trip(we do this twice a year) from Colorado to Florida and chose a different route than usual. We look at those Ratings when planning our stops. We were going to be in Parsons, which was a perfect place. We always use Choice hotels because we can make sure we can find a dog friendly hotel. Anyway the hotel was perfect! Clean, quiet room. Very comfortable beds, Great pillows! Kind ,friendly, caring staff. Nice, warm and delicious breakfast. Great coffee and comfortable, warm shower! Also the parking lot was well lit for safety! We will definitely stay here again if we take this route again!

We stayed at this hotel this past week. Upon entering the room, we turned on the bathroom light and noticed two roaches. We turned on the AC and decided after not seeing anymore roaches that we would attempt to go to bed since we had been on the road 13 hours. Shortly after laying down, the AC began making a clanging sound. We listened to this the entire night as it was too hot to sleep with the air off. They did serve a hot breakfast, which looked fine. However, after our roach experience, we got coffee and left.

The hotel was well priced. It was quiet and although we arrived 5 min before breakfast was over, it had been put away. Staff brought my son some eggs and sausage so he could eat. The pool was open and enjoyed although with more than our family, it would have been extremely crowded due to small size. Will stay again!

Check your sheets to make sure they are clean. Although we did not see bed bugs or other critters, some reviews stated they had. Unfortunately, I did not read reviews before I booked. We have stayed there for years and it was great, but under NEW management it has declined considerably. The breakfast could have been good if they bothered to keep things hot and replenished. AND provided bacon, or sausage along with eggs instead of only one of those at a time. What other hotel gives you meat with no eggs or eggs with no meat? Bacon one day and sausage the next along with the eggs would have been great.

The entrance to the Lobby has a moldy smell. The room was okay but the outside of the appliances needed cleaning. I was ready to hit the hot tub but it was not in service.

This place used to be great! Visited this past February. Even though we noticed the hotel was under new management, and ac unit very loud! The stay was good and service was accommodating. The last day of our stay me and my son witnessed roaches crawling on the desk! So disgusted and disappointed. WE WERE EATING THE BREAKFAST!!! We’ve been coming here since 2012 so very disappointed to see it’s not being taking care of the way it used to.

I accidentally book 2 rooms here. I booked online I immediatley called.the hotel to cancel and I was told.there was not any chance of a refund. I have multiple.crews in this area.amd we will never stay here secondary to the poor customer service

There were no major problems any of the ties I have stayed here. I found everything neat, clean, and in working order. They go above and beyond for the complementary breakfast. Of all the motels I have stayed in Sunni is by far my favorite host. He has a great personality and is very friendly and helpful. I would suggest that a larger more visible sign be placed at the turn-off for the motel and maybe even a sign on Highway 400. I believe the extra business would more than cover the cost of a newer, larger, more visible signs.
