Quality Inn - Hotel in Dodge City - 2000 W Wyatt Earp Blvd, USA

I always try to get a room on the top floor and it's in my profile, but this was a last minute booking at 5:00AM on the morning of my arrival and the only room left was at the elevator. Fortunately for me, the floors are solid and the sound proofing works well. The solo staffer seemed to be everywhere but the front desk, but his response time was excellent and his competence exceeded most who never leave the desk. Bedding was not too soft or lumpy so I slept well Breakfast was thin, but I only had time for a quick juice, coffee and a sausage patty so NBD.

We had a one night stay here on our trip back home. The room was big and was clean. The Television was from COX cable I guess. The staff was nice and efficient. Breakfast was as usual in such hotels. I would stay again. Location was good, right on Main street, easy to get to and from.

I wrote a review regarding this property and the manager claimed that he would solve the problem and issue me a refund. That was a lie. He stated that so it would look good on paper. I have contacted the hotel several times and still cannot speak to the manager. The services are horrible, and they are rude. If a customer asks to speak to a manager, then the manager should have the decency to contact you back or even come to the phone. DO NOT STAY HERE! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK AND YOU CAN NEVER GET TO A MANAGER.

This is the most, disrespectful place I have ever tried to stay at. I don’t like leaving these reviews. I booked it through Expedia. Had a change of plans. Got one day refunded no problem. Went in on Friday night to check in and my room/reservation were gone. I have tried to receive my money back nicely. All I get is disrespect and hung up on like they are in high school. This isn’t how a business should run. I had to find another hotel for my family of 5 late that night and pay twice. I am beyond frustrated and POed at this point. They will not give you a refund. Do not use them in Dodge city. Rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful and believe they are always right. A customer is the one who is right in the business world. I am due 300 and some back. That’s a ton of money in this economy.

Friendly staff, rooms were updated and clean. We spent only one night, driving through, cable tv only but we were tired anyway and got some good rest. Breakfast was eggs, sausage and muffins. Overall great stay for the price. Would recommend

Unbelievable that this place has not been shot down! I made reservations for 10 nights, my work got done early and they would not let me check out early let alone give a refund for the 2 nights I paid for and didn’t use. There is no smoke detector in the room. I had to sanitize the entire room before I put my stuff down. I don’t expect a clean room here because the manager is morally deficient and I’m sure the house keepers get less than minimum wage. I’ve been in hotels in 3rd world countries and received better treatment. Never again will I stay here. Another caution I’d like to put out is: DON’T make reservations through “Choice privileges “… they will rip you off!!!! I want to add that the house keepers and the girls at the front desk were very nice, poor things no doubt are being bullied by their manager 😣

Do not stay here. The manager, Drew, is only interested in taking your money. The front desk staff is nice but they have to deal with a lot of cr*p since any customer service issues will only be handled by them; the manager, Drew, refuses to talk to customers. Drew gives me the impression that customers are only there to give Drew money and anything else is a waste of Drew's time. ||I would have given 0 stars, but the system would not let me.||Do not stay here.

Positive: Staff was nice and breakfast good. Negative: We asked twice before arriving if they had a hot tub and if it was working. Unfortunately, it wasn¿t hot.
