Quality Inn - Hotel in Dundee - 111 Waterstradt Commerce Dr, USA

Being out of state and having the car break down, the guy at the front desk was so helpful. With 3 children with us, we were so thankful for him and appreciate it so much. We made it home safely. Although we never made it to the Waterpark across the street due to the car being down, we enjoyed the stay especially the kids, they still had the pool there. No problems with the room. Breakfast was good and service was excellent.

6 years ago this was a great place to stay with reasonable prices. One of our rooms smelled like smoke. Had to turn the air on high with the window open to try to get the smell out. The bed mattresses are stained... horribly (checking for bugs they were noticed)...but no bugs. Television didn't work. The toilet was clean but clogged. It took forever to get hot water. Cleanliness wasn't great...bring disinfecting wipes! Because of our situation and only staying one night.......... I would have asked for my money back and went somewhere else. But, we were only sleeping there and despite all this because there were no bugs we stayed... Will never do it again. Sad because, again, it used to be a nice hotel!

The hotel needs a lot of work. My room had dark stains on the ceiling in the bathroom. Bed was hard as a rock. The lock was broke off the door so security and safety didn’t exist. Room was definitely too expensive for what you get. This was a $55 dollar a day hotel max. That being said…the staff is 10/10. I didn’t get her name but the redhead was amazing. I got there early and room wasn’t ready. She told me about things near the hotel I could go do. Was extremely friendly and honestly if it wasn’t for her I’d have walked right out. Also surprisingly the breakfast was decent and better than other hotels I’ve stayed at. Housekeeping was kind and polite. There’s a family living there and the little girl was so charming. She made my day.

There are a plethora of reasons I wish to give high marks to this lodging facility. It is conveniently located alongside U.S. 23 with at least a half dozen restaurants within walking distance. A stroll to the heart of Dundee is easily reached by foot as well. The Quality Inn features an in-door pool and there is plenty of park8ng space. The rooms are clean and all features work. A staff member, Jen, working the front desk was outstanding. She was friendly, courteous, very helpful. I will definitely be back.

I'm a day cab truck driver, so I stay at hotels more than I stay at home. Whenever I'm in the Dundee area I always prefer to stay at the Quality Inn on Waterstradt. They have an amazing pool and the staff is incredibly kind and professional. Will at the front desk cares about his clientele, and I appreciate the professionalism him and the staff carry with them.

I was greeted by the receptionist by these words "do you have a reservation? Your lucky you came now cause we were going to give your room away" and it was only about 7pm. The breakfast was undesirable plates, napkins, were all trash receptacles were full beyond getting more in and person in charge didn't act like it was a problem. It was the first time there and I would consider it very unprofessional

Staff was nice. Older hotel, but needing a key to enter the back door was nice. However, asked them directly to clean the room three times and they never did. Don't count on breakfast; no eggs or meat; might get a breakfast sandwich, might get fruit, might get utensils, batter for waffles was questionable. Sorry, wouldn't recommend.

It's run down and dirty. The room had obviously been smoked in and reeked, the hallway carpets were filthy, and we found blood on the bedsheets. The staff was accommodating and helpful but would not recommend this place.
