It's an older-dated hotel, but our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and the attendant kept it stocked. Coffee was good. Will stop again if in the area. (And buc-ee's is close)
Nothing fancy but very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, nice sized with large bathroom. Pool and hot tub was clean and we really enjoyed our time there. Breakfast had hot foods with waffle toast and bagel options. If they had Cr cheese bagel would have been perfect LOL
This place is very clean, room looks freshly painted. Breakfast items continuly replenished. Can't say anything negative, very nice stay, wish all places we stay at were as nice.
Stayed here while in town for a funeral. Checked in 6/7/24. Room was clean. No elevator, which we were fine with, but should have one since more than1 floor. Check-in was started by a man, who just walked off and left for the girl receptionist to do, who was registering other couple in our party. Got to room. Everything was comfy. TV worked at first and then just stopped working. Called front desk and guy told me to come downstairs and he would show me how to fix it, that he was with a paying customer. Then he said just fix it myself and he hung up. Then the microwave wasn’t working. If I’m desperate I might stay there again, but chances are not.
Not the worst, but I hate getting catfished by a cold hot-tub! Looks great in pics but NOT HOT. They also charged me full price on a prepaid reservation and getting the refund has been a headache. Told them it was prepaid upon check-in too
For $100 a night, the place was shabby at best. I have photos of damages around the building. The chairs outside were cracked and sun weathered, couldnt even sit in them without getting pinched. The bathroom floor was horrible with black areas in the grout. The pool door has been propt open since we got here. Full of bugs that bite. The hot tub isn't working, 3 days and I haven't seen anyone around to fix it. All the access doors are left open 24/7, I don't feel safe here when my husband is at work! One would think that making $100 off each guest, and probably more, the owner would fix what looks trashy. If I get bes bugs I will sue!
By far the worst experience I have ever had at a motel . Other then the pool and hot which was decent and the location being right off the highway . It was not a good place . Pillows where throw pillows wrapped in a pillow case. Had to changerooms because our first room had no door handle . Had to change bedding as soon as I got in the room cause it was dirty . Outside the building smelt like an old trash dump . Breakfast was not very good . All in all it just was not a good place . I have rented cheaper motels that was in far better shape then Quality inn of ozark . All the Quality inns I have ever stayed where always great .
LOUD! We thought it would be quieter than the bigger cities close by, but you get what you pay for. The walls are thin and I can hear every step on the floor above me or next door. I didn’t sleep at all due to slamming doors or what sounded like stomping above me. The room smells funny. I guess if there’s a plus there are a lot of antique stores around. If you want to sleep though spend a little extra and stay in Springfield 10. miles away or Branson 30 miles away. Worst hotel I have ever been to. The bed is awful, it’s worn down and I feel like I could roll right off any minute, and it’s hard as a rock.

Great atmosphere. Music. Service was outstanding. The food was phenomenal! You will not be disappointed at this restaurant. Now a new go-to for me! I had a Cuban dish. Was amazing. Appetizer I had steak tostones!
A jewel in Ozark! Delicious desserts - think pie and cake and RICH! Plus the menu items are classic and reasonably priced I had the spicy turkey sandwich on marble rye with passionfruit/cherry iced tea. My daughter had the chilled strawberry soup. W
Love this store! Beautifully displayed items make you want to buy them. The staff was incredibly helpful to my husband and me in buying different sizes and colors of candles.
We were using Flora Farms in Neosho but they never had what we wanted and tried selling us more expensive products. Tried to do an online order once and it wouldn't go through so I called and they hung up on me. We've been using the store in Ozark
Victoria was awesome! She listened to our likes and dislikes in order to help us find the perfect sofa and love seat to fit our lifestyle. She was very patient and allowed us to take samples to our home to see what colors would look best in our light
