Quality Inn Wickenburg - Hotel in Wickenburg - 850 E Wickenburg Way, USA

I really liked it there I only stayed one night the staff was awesome I met some cool people and the room had everything I needed. Only thing I could say is the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned I did find a couple hairs in the bed and in the bathtub the floor looked like it needed to be shampooed and so did the furniture. I had a little patio so that was awesome but behind the chairs were spider webs with live spiders so they could clean up their patios as well seems like the cleaning and dusting was neglected but overall I would stay there again they don't charge for your pets the people there from everywhere all over and pretty cool the staff is really nice and besides those things my room was comfortable.

Just stopping through. We had a long day of driving and flying and it was nice to see Joseph’s friendly face and attitude. Everything was as expected. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We had a great view of the wash and open desert from our room and a little balcony with a chair. My husband had a hummingbird come greet him and I had a roadrunner chat with me. Thanks for the great stay for a reasonable rate.

Nice accommodations, clean, comfortable, and cool in the hot desert heat. Staff are excellent, friendly and informative. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. We will stop by here again. Definitely pet friendly environment, and accommodating.

Positive: People were pleasant. But that wasn't getting the services provided or the rooms cleaned or maintained. Negative: No pool. Poor quality accomodations. Poor/stale breakfast food. Building in need of total overhaul.

Was a stopover for the night on our way to Vegas. It took almost a half hour for the lady to check us in. She didn't know how to work the computer. Didn't have an elevator. The place has a musky smell and the room some of the electrical outlets didn't work. This place needs a complete make over. Didn't even get my member's discount or a copy of my receipt. To top it off i called Pizza Hut local they didn't even know where the place was to deliver.

I cannot speak on the rooms themselves because I was not an official guest here, but I have to give 5 stars for the kindness of the staff. On a move from Idaho to Southern AZ, the A/C in my van went out with my whole family and pets inside and temps of 105 outside. There was a man at the desk that I asked if my family could just come in to cool down and he said we were more than welcome, pets included. While we cooled off, Heidi took incredible care of my family; she brought us cold drinks, found disposable bowls for my pets to drink from, and she brought us a wet washcloth to keep to wipe our dogs’ bellies to help them cool down faster. She even gave my kids each a coin to get a candy from the dispenser. Bottom line, they didn’t have to be so kind to us but they were and I will forever be grateful. Not only did they allow us respite while we looked for a mechanic, Im quite certain this stop saved some of my pets from illness or worse. Thank you Heidi and thank you everyone for showing my family kindness 💕

Positive: It was close to where we going. Air conditioning worked. Good water pressure. Negative: This hotel was WAY overpriced. Nothing nice about it. One room smelled so awful. I wish I could include pictures of the disgusting pool and the bbq. Didn¿t even want the breakfast. Towels were dirty, went to get new ones that were equally as dirty. Negative: ""

Honestly I don't even know how they stay open... this place is so disgusting I didn't even wanna take a shower in the moldy tub. Roaches all over room. Carpets were dirty. Also while laying in bed I had black things keep hitting me come to find out they had a ton of dirt balls in the ac vent and they kept flying out. I am absolutely disgusted and won't be staying here again and will be contacting corporate. How bout this owner do a better job at up keep smh
