Quality Inn West Fort Worth - Hotel in Fort Worth - 2700 S Cherry Ln, USA

My husband and I have stayed and several Quality Inn’s throughout the country and this is the worst Quality Inn we have experienced! The room was dirty and smelled like weed. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. The breakfast had NOTHING to offer! My husband took the last yogurt. The only thing else that was out besides two kinds of dry cereal was the waffle maker/mix, but the mix was not out. I’m had to ask for it. There was NOTHING else to offer for breakfast! We will not be staying here again!

Un des pires hôtels que nous ayons fait, accueil agressif et pas du tout aimable, prostitués la nuit qui sont juste devant vos chambres et négocient le prix de leurs passes au téléphone avec leurs clients !!! IMPOSSIBLE de dormir durant des jours !!! UNE HONTE ! Le petit déjeuner est une grosse blague et la personne qui s'en occupe arrête de travailler 30 minutes avant la fin de celui-ci ils rangent tout... Le pire reste les prostituées qui vous empeêcheront de dormir la nuit... incroyable quand on sait que l'hôtel est blindé de caméras et qu'ils voient bien ce qui se passe dans les couloirs, on comprends maintenant pourquoi ils obligent certains clients à payer en cash !

Stayed here before, was charged a $50 deposit. Second time around I was charged a $100 deposit. Never had issues with this hotel. He brought up my muslim identity - making fun - saying my name was muhammad or "something". I don't look middle eastern my last name is. This is clear discrimination. Will not spend my money here which would have been a lot because i come in town a lot

Positive: convenient to the frwy. Room was surprisingly quiet. Queen bed was a full. Negative: bare minimum breakfast - waffles, yogurt, dry cereal, coffee, juice, milk, apples. Driveway entrance is steep.

This is a terrible hotel, never pay through any platform or pay before you stay. It's an outdoor hotels , bad area and very bad customers service. Once you pay before service you will never get your money back. I was sold a lie through priceline. Upon arrival at the hotel with my kids.i was so pissed, I demanded my refund but they refused . I will never pay any hotel before arrival.

Positive: Nothing! Negative: It was horrible!!! Cigarette burns on bedding and furniture. Cigarette butts under the air conditioning unit. The smell was horrendous! I was afraid to sit on the furniture much less sleep in the bed. It was the last room they had due to the eclipse. Negative: ""

Room 207, non-smoking room, but the entire room smelt like marijuana. Whoever stays behind or under room 207, smokes a lot and it goes through the vents. The smell is unbearable. The smell was coming from the bathroom vent. l shut the bathroom door to keep the smell from coming into the room, but because it is such a small area it made the bathroom stink, and leaving the bathroom door open made the entire room stink. Smelt the foulness my entire stay there. Made me sick.

Positive: Location to the venue Negative: The only thing hot for breakfast was waffles and they had a sign you had to eat in the breakfast area. So we just got breakfast on our way back home.
