I paid $80 to get sick is what it is! The service at the front desk was great, the rooms however, not so great. Walked into the room and the smell was unsettling and the bathroom/toilet was disgusting. It’s not worth the money. I stayed at many hotels, even cheaper prices and nothing like this. Woke up sick this morning with the smell, dust and condition of the room. Very disappointed.
The bathroom and carpet are in serious need of an update and cleaning ASAP. The breakfast was very basic, consisting of just pancake, sandwich and one type of cereal. With a little effort, they could improve it so much. I hope management considers renovations and enhancements.
The rooms are good. The workers are friendly and helpful. They're currently making improvements on the building and rooms. The owners are willing to work with people and help them out. The rent is very reasonable considering the price of electricity, water, WiFi, and Cable.
Friendly staff, Caen and quite, Hotel is a little dated and can use some TLC. Have stayed multiple times and have never had a issue with bed bugs. Truck parking in front.
The hotel could use several updates. The bathroom door looks worn. There’s a hole in the bathroom. The towels are almost thread bare. Room was pretty clean that was was OK. There were no handrails in the bathroom which, in and out of the tub made it a little difficult
Cockroaches in the electronics. Service was okay but I wish I checked the room more thoroughly before we settled down for the night. We found multiple small roaches crawling out of the alarm clock and light fixture near the bed. Toilet in the bathroom was almost impossible to flush properly and the walls and ceiling need a lot of attention. It looked like the problems were painted over. Avoid this motel
The quality Inn in Manchester, TN. Is NOTHING like the pictures on here. I had broken furniture in the room when I got there that was never replaced, the bathroom floor was disgusting and there was even urine on the seat, the shower curtain was broken and wouldn't even hold up the weight of a shower curtain, there were so many roach's around the bathroom and vanity area that I spent 50.00 on Roach treatment immediately upon arrival. I had to stay there for almost a month while finding something to rent and the service was ridiculous and the maid was very rude and hateful. I changed rooms 2 weeks before I left for a room on the ground floor, and it was in better shape but nothing like the pictures. I had the first room bug free and completely Clean when I changed as I had the 2nd room also very clean when I checked out. They were smoking rooms and everything that was supposed to be there when I left was in there. And I still didn't get my security deposit back as well as being banned from the property because they said I broke the furniture. It was an expensive and horrible although necessary experience that I would not suggest to anyone. Even those relatives you don't care much for deserve a better place to stay. HEAD'S UP!!
This guy was helpful, nice, and warm. Lobby was clean, without odor. Rooms were clean without odor. The ac was so cold we had to shut it off. Room 110 was conveniently located. Great establishment. Good "choice hotel" affiliate. Download the app for perks.
This isn't the type of hotel we would normally stay in, but the price was right, and it is rated well, so we went for it. We checked in around 10 or so, and the woman working the desk was so friendly, especially with our daughter. The room was small,
One of the best historical hikes I've been to. They even have a museum and a gift shop. A lot of waterfalls to explore if you do a loop trail. Definitely a moderate hike with plenty of parking. Rocky in some area.
Stopped in this lovely little cafe/boutique today to check out what all they offer. Such a cute and quaint small town experience. I ended up buying a meat and three to that consisted of roast beef with carrots, mashed potatoes, green beans and mixed
We had a late lunch and were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and checked on us throughout the meal. My husband had a BLT and I had a grilled cheese with coated fries. It was all delicious. We're just visiting Manchester, but if I lived
I love staying at the Broken Banjo RV park as I travel through the area. The cabins are always clean and are perfect in any weather (ac/heat). I travel with my dog and itâs always great to walk the trail and grounds on a long road trip. This las
